Both my trips from SG- KL - KIX was pleasant. Crew was all smiles and welcoming. Comfortable full lay bed. I wish they had more movie selection. Both my steak from chef on call was a tad dry yet still tasted good. For the price I wouldn't mind coming back to MAS.

I just wanted to add my 2 pence to all these negative reviews I just do not understand. It is a standard long haul economy flight. Toilets were the worst I have seen to be honest, food was below average, but customer service could not be faulted which a lot of people complained about. Would i take them again? Yes...

This afternoon at 2 pm (18.2.2017) we went to the Business class counter to check in our flight MH2718 departing for Sibu at 7.50 pm. We are entitled to check in there because we both are Enrich Gold members albeit we are traveling to Sibu in economy class. The lady counter staff was very unfriendly. She looked she was as...

The trip from Bangkok to Bali via Kuala Lupur started out with an hour delay ...no reason given. We were on board and set to leave when it was announced there would be a delay. So, out came the meal...the worst I have had on any airline ...and I am usually pretty accepting of airline meals considering what space etc...

Very good cabin crew and service. The beds were very comfortable and wide. The in flight entertainment was ok but could have had more movie selection on a long trip to Australia. Also the same movies on the return trip three weeks later.

Flight to Borneo from Kuala Lumpur. Got upgraded to Business Class using the MHupgrade facility. Seats very comfortable. Food of a reasonable standard. Be aware that no alcohol is served on flights 3 hours and less. Lounge in Kuala was not very good. Poor selection of food and once again no alcohol.

Good price but pretty average in flight service. Cleanliness was an issue. Food was very poor and wine not drinkable.

Always the best-kept secret. The price is always good. The service is comparable to most big boys. I had smiles and warm greetings every time I run into the service staff along the aisle.
