I have flown with MAS many times over the years. The services on the ground and in the air is always very good. The food in business class is good. I can recommend MAS. The bidding feature for an upgrade is nice.

I have been travelling with them for years, Great price for a full fee airlines. Service between MEL and KUL sector is excellent, food was great. Happy to serve Beers whenever requested. Between KUL -> CMB is very average, but considering the majority of passenger class, this is expected. Food is good

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, not sure why. The seats, check in were good. The movie selection ok, the food wasn't up to to the quality of other airlines, drinks service was slow unless you wanted water. Would we book Malaysian again - yes if they were lowest cost but not if there were alternatives.

When travelling to Kuantan in Malaysia, we had to get a plane from Sydney to Kuala lumpur and then another flight from there to Kuantan. Our flights were all average, with average food, some nice staff members and some rude ones. The food wasn't very appealing They have nice white chocolate and macadamia cookies for breakfast. They also served up...

I was on a holiday trip from Bangkok to Bali via KL. The contract lounge they use in BKK is well below standard for an international airlines but then we did not have much time anyway. The flight was one hour delayed. Wired not to offer alcohol on board the flight from BKK to KUL since it's less than 3...

Just returned from a holiday in Bali flying from London Heathrow to Denpasar via Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airways. Yet again impeccable service on board the aircraft. More staff are needed at check in at Heathrow. To stand in a queue for over an hour is not acceptable.

Terminal 4 - well, isn't this fun on a Sunday morning after an early start and 70 minutes on the M25. I am with our son and girlfriend returning to Oz after a few weeks of R&R with our family. Over 1.5 hours queuing at check-in with the flight looming to KL and onto Oz from KL and many passengers...

Flying with Malaysia Airlines was always a pleasure for me. My latest flight from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur was a lovely one too. I love the hospitality of the cabin crew who seemed to enjoy entertaining passengers at all times. Seat was comfortable and was able to sleep well during flight. Food served was good and filling. Fruit juices were...

Flying MH during festive season, flight was full to the brim. Flight was uneventful. The only regret was about how MH handled their priority luggage. My luggage was tagged with priority tag, and it was clearly mentioned on their enrich pack, priority luggage will be the first to be on the carousel regardless of class and again, mine was among...
