It is my first flight with Nok Air. The Boeing 737 is quite old from exterior up to interior. It seem not being cleaned since years! Some seats are torn. The crew is only highlight of my flight. They are really nice.

I haven't flown yet, as my booking is for September 2019, but the booking process is superb! I've managed to book an all-in-one fly and sail ticket from Chiang Mai to Koh Tao in one day. It includes 2 flights, a coach transfer, and a ferry crossing. The whole thing was super easy to book and even added on extra...

I bought a fly and ride ticket online but accidentally booked the wrong date. I called up within 1 minute to be told I would need to pay 1100 baht to change it. This I did and was told payment had gone through. I received the flight confirmation by email and it was listed in their app as a booking....

They are not willing to accommodate you even if you are 10 minutes late and have plenty of time to make it to the aircraft before takeoff. We did not have any checking in luggage but our appeals...

We departed on time from Ho Chi Minh and landed ahead of schedule at Don Muang Airport in Bangkok. Going forward I will try and book Nok Air for...
