All my flights have left on time & arrived on time. Check-in much better using ap on phone. Baggage claim can be a wait but this isn’t always down to Ryanair. Cabin crew work extremely hard & have always been so friendly.

Flight was on time! Crew was helpful, they have since changed baggage rules which is a shame! Due to this I won’t be returning. No faults other than the baggage changes. Thanks

I suppose the primary function is to get you to your destination safe and they obviously do that each and every time, I suppose they might think that is the only box that they need to tick because the costs are low but I must say other low cost airlines do it better without doubt. My overall feeling was one...

Read a lot of negative reviews on here about Ryanair and did get a little worried about our flights, baggage, case size etc. I even went to get a bag to meet their conditions and took a measurement tape with me. I need not have worried I think the travellers who have left bad feedbacks are those who either do...

Have flown to Malta with Ryanair for the last 2 years summer and winter as they are the only airline to fly to Malta from Edinburgh, the flight times are excellent in both summer and winter. Never had a bad flight and the cabin crews were excellent.

Bit different not having a shelf on the back of the seat to put things in, but the seats were comfy, the service was very good, and staff attentive. The food is ok particularly the toasted sandwiches but still quite expensive. As we were crossing from cold to warm air the pilot informed us of turbulence which we did have...

Ryanair gets bad press but tbh we had a good experience overall with our flight being on time and no issues... but on the aircraft it's kind of a different experience altogether. The general public can be so rude and the woman who decided she was going to fight the air steward (who looked very new) to get into the...

I must admit to having been pretty apprehensive about flying Ryanair on a route of this distance but the price was so competitive, I decided to take a chance. I purchased a Plus price ticket so had both a check in bag and cabin bag allowance. Given the flight was leaving at 06:55 and because it is a route where...

Ryanair is what it is. Cheap flights with no frills. It was disappointing that the new baggage charges came in on Nov 1st. Cost extra €16 each. Then had to pay for priority boarding as didn't want the hassle of checking in on return flight while on holiday. That cost another €14 each. The flight was delayed by about 40 mins....

I always said I wouldn't travel Ryanair due to their customer service record. I had no option here as the tour operator booked the flights. Having now experienced economy travel I will revert to my original position I won't be using Ryanair again.
