I flew to Stockholm in November on SAS and was particularly impressed with the space on the flight (good leg room, comfortable seats). The service was good as well (stewards/stewardesses at hand whenever I wanted snacks/newspapers).

Simply terrible. It says something about the airline when one can safely say that even Aeroflot is better and servicing their customers. SAS charged me extra for an overweight bag, which they didn't even deliver to the final location. While I was trying to locate ANY person to speak with who could help, the inhumane and terrible attitude of the...

We took and several other flights across Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark in December 15 & January 16 We found that they were efficient and had plenty of options - planes were a little aged, and they got in the maximum number of rows and seats - very tight and small padding As these were all short hops this didn't...

The first time I have travelled on SAS for a long time. The departure was delayed slightly. Boarding was reasonably efficient. Seats are average for economy class and there is the normal cattle crush to get luggage into the over-head lockers. The in flight service is great. While it is hugely irritating that customers have to pay for snacks or...

Erik Viking - that is the name of the fleet. Just being converted into the latest seating system. Very comfortable. It is a lie-flat bed seat. The food are great ( serving great Scandinavian ice-cream). The blanket is nice, and the flight cabin are friendly.

SAS provides free tea/coffee & water - this puts it above Norwegian Air - if the airfares are similar then definitely go with SAS.

SAS has recently upgraded and refurbished its cabins. The new business cabin now includes fully lie flat sleepers in a 1-2-1 configuration. The seats, and space is very good. The new TVs also great however their entertainment selection is quite limited compared to other airlines

I feel confident flying SAS. Reliable and on time, and I know I’ll have their support if there would be a delay or hiccup. Good booking and check-in options. Average leg room, clean cabin and efficient flight attendants. Not too fond of all the GOT flights to London being rerouted to LGW, it would have been nice with the LHR...

Flew Tromsø-Manchester via Oslo and Stockholm. First flight was an 737-700. The seats were comfortable, but because they were thick, I didn't have a lot of legroomn (SAS should look at Norwegian). Flight left on time, and we were offerd newspapers at the gate. A woman asked if they had the newspapers on board, but the crew answerd rudely that...
