Our flight was perfect but the most outstanding experience was the people who assisted us in wheel chairs. In Orlando we had the same attendant on arrival and departure. A man from Haiti who was just amazing in his kindness and ability in pushing two wheel chairs at once. This man is an asset to whoever his employer is!

I booked my flight 3 months in advance. If I canceled I would have been out all my money. I paid for non stop service. Southwest canceled the flight 1 day in advance and I’m still the one with the problem. They booked me on another flight but now coming in 5 hours later and leaves 1 hr earlier. So...

This was a pretty good flight. We left on time, I got a window seat, and we arrived 20 minutes early. The plane crackers, pretzels, and beverage were adequate for the under 3 hour flight.

We booked Southwest to fly for a work conference from FLL. We were to fly from FLL to Houston and then Houston to Austin and then Austin to SD. All was fine until we get off our 1st flight in Houston with barely any time to spare until our connecting flight we get a popup text on our phone that...

An friend told me about the SW perks of not having to pay for checked bags (2 each) and if you cant make your flight your ticket price is good for a year if you cancel before your flight. The departing flight was full and already loaded because TSA line was so long I was a little disappointed because it...

‪In the past we have used Southwest and enjoyed a no frills, low cost flight. Sadly, that is not the case with my most recent experience. We took a couples trip to Washington with plans to start in Seattle, visit Olympic National Park, Victoria, BC and Oregon. Since we were moving frequently we made reservations before and after our main...

Short flight from FL to NC. I'm not big on flying and haven't flown Southwest in well over a decade. However, the space in the plane was good and although the decent to RDU was really rough, and I mean the wind blew our plane all over the place, when we landed the pilot stated... "Well, we made it!" All...

I used to be such a fan of SWA - no more. Their "no assigned seats" policy went from being $12.50 extra/flight to $20/flight - to boot, even when you pay that extra money, you are way down the line due to all the business passengers. It's a fight every time and a game for people saving seats.Every flight I've...

About Southwest Airlines
Dallas-based Southwest Airlines (WN) is the world's largest low-cost carrier. Southwest operates non-stop flights to more than 100 destinations across 10 countries. Unlike many major airlines, Southwest does not use hubs, but rather a point-to-point system. About 15 airports with a significant amount of WN flights have been designated as focus cities. The airline's fleet is configured with just an Economy Class cabin. In contrast to many low-cost carriers, Southwest does not charge a fee for up to two checked bags; non-alcoholic drinks and pretzels or peanuts are also free on board. Early boarding access, automatic online check-in and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
