I know a lot of people talk bad about Spirit Airlines, but I can't complain. You know you are paying almost 300 less than you would pay for any other airline. You can take your own snacks and things on the plane instead of buying the high price one offered on the plane. I love the low fares. I try...

I fly on spirit a lot because well it usually has the cheapest flights. Do not expect any comfort when flying on spirit, I recommend booking your seat before your flight; a window seat, if you sit in the middle be prepared for the most uncomfortable hours you will ever have. Can't say I would not fly with them again...

If I found a glitch anywhere our last flight out of MCO back to DTW, the flight was a half hour late getting into MCO... the glitch was the message board said an hour delay and the web site said something else...Which in the big scheme of things really doesnt matter. This is the only complaint after 20 flights, so...

I know of people and have had clients with terrible service and problems flying with Spirit. As a Travel Agent my last trip to Orlando was a trip of firsts in order to better service my clients. So decide to fly with Spirit. The reservation process would earn a higher rating from me if they worked backwards by asking if...

This airline is no frills. Last minute trip for Memorial Day Weekend to Vegas. Delta and American's fares were out the roof. But Spirit had a reasonable fare, nonstop flights. But you have to know what to expect. Make sure you factor in the cost of a carry-on bag ($35) and buy it right away because the price only increases...

We arrived at the airport approximately 2.5 hours before our departure to walk into a debarcle. The queue for check in was approximately 100 yards long and moving slowly. We spent an hour and a half watibg to check in. The team at Spirit was very small and overrun with the task at hand airport management had to step in...

Horrible experience from a seating point of view. They used to have the first two rows with business class seats. They have now removed the second row and put in a three seat economy row. This makes the second row extremely cramped because the front row business seats are reclined in your face, even more cramped than the other economy...

Bare bones flight and costs for any add-on exceed what you'd pay on other flight. Seats do not recline. Charge for carry on (except for personal item) which other airlines do not charge. I booked only one flight with Spirit (and my last flight with them). I received 20+ emails from them, trying to pre-sell baggage fees, upgrades. The emails...

I went with a group to Costa Rica on Spirit Airlines. It is definitely not first class. The flight attendants on the way to Costa Rica were annoyed they had to wait on people. The service is alcohol, drinks, and minimum food. You should eat in the terminal before boarding. The captain came out and used the restroom while in...

I will never fly spirit again. If i were you, just pay the extra amount to fly delta, american, or something else. There flight attendants are down right rude, and they dont have a care in the world about how they treat your luggage, or what happens to it. Oh and if you want to complain just forget about it....
