Great airline. Left on time and arrived on time. New plane with a fair amount of leg room (I upgraded for extra room). Seats recline a bit for more comfort. Many many movies to choose from, many newly released. Food served was very good.

Don’t use these people. Travel plans disrupted by storm clearly communicated at Gatwick but not uploaded to their systems meant cancelled flight home with no warning!! A total disgrace
Our flights were delayed by 8+ hours both coming and going. Customer service over the phone is rude and provides no help. Seats were changed without any notice. I would swim across the Atlantic Ocean before I even consider taking TAP again.
