Booked 6 Premium seats on a Dreamliner for April/May flights to/from Orlando back in October and was told that I wouldn't be able to choose seats until 90 days from the date of the return flight. Set a note in my diary to wake at midnight on the relevant date and forgot about it until today when I thought I'd...

For a long hail flight all passengers in economy are packed in like sardines! I flew to jamaica in economy and I do not recommend it as it is a very very small. We upgraded our return flights to premium but once aboard the aircraft I found out that they had double booked our seats so ended up being separated...

Premier Club cabin, had complimentary lounge access with it,Swissport at Manchester ,waste of time.Place is dirty, uncomfortable, very limited food, not worth it. This was our sixth flight on a 787 Dreamliner, seats are very uncomfortable, enough leg room, seats hardly recline, poor selection of movies and music. Outbound flight, staff were pleasant, food was good. Return overnight flight, cabin staff were keen to throw some food at you, which was bordering...

Flight went smoothly until we landed at Gatwick. Once we landed we had to wait on plane for 30/45mins waiting for an air bridge. Finally they announced it was broken and they got some stairs attached to the plane.

After a 5 hour delay at world's smallest and most expensive airport with no Thomson rep to help, the cabin crew on board the flight refused to give the hungry children on board the FREE in-flight cookies and hot chocolate. Instead the cabin crew insisted on bringing out the sales trolley forcing people to pay or go hungry! . When I...

We went on a package holiday to Gran Canaria. The thing that you need to know is that two double spirits and mixers will set you back about £20, whilst a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte brut Champagne will cost you about £28. It costs about £20 plus in Waitrose and Marks and Spencer. Fill your boots: that is a small...

Flew to and back from Malaga. Plenty of legroom and reasonably priced hot drinks. Seats were comfortable and even though a short flight managed to get a bit of sleep on the early outbound leg. Cabin crew all smiling and helpful.

Flight left on time, nice crew who were very cheerful, captain kept us all informed during flight, row 7 economy seats, decent leg room, comfortable enough for our 3hr 30mins journey.

To say this was our worst flight experience ever is an understatement. Firstly we were delayed by nearly 1.5 hours as the plane needed de-icing and their apparently was "not enough equipment", who'd have thought that you'd possibly require this equipment on standby at manchester in the winter time? Farcical! Once we were airborne it became apparent how cold it...
