I was very excited going on our trip to Cancun and I knew the plane was probably going to be full. My seat was in the middle and here comes this 300+lbs with a 2 year old baby that did not have his own seat. We both looked around and asked the flight attendant if one of us could sit...

Unless your an American, serving in the US military they don't support the troops. On the battlefield it didn't matter what uniform you wore, but it does with UNTIED. #neveragain

Plane was clean, staff was fine, nothing to say anything negative about. Left on time and arrived on time. No televisions on the plane so you need to be prepared with your own electronics or be bored or plan on sleeping.

The Newark to New Dehli, India flight is 13+ hours. There were 50 seats in Business First (2-2-2). Very nice lie flat seats. Very attentive flight crew. Large personal viewing screens, pillows & comforter. The food was delicious and well prepared. Noise cancelling headphones are provided. Note: There is a Business Class Line at immigration at the Dehli airport.

12/27/16 - The attendants were friendly and attentive. The pilot gave relevant information. WiFi service was interrupted toward the end of the flight and customer service refunded my 9.99 without hesitation. Couldn't say more about the crew and customer service. Dramatic improvement since the merger, both in food and service.

Great new product with Saks Fifth Avenue blankets and wonderful pillows...makes for a good sleep! We were about one hour late leaving Brussels because of mechanical problems which made us miss our connection and were told when we were trying to rebook flight to Norfolk from Newark that the plane was late because of airport conditions. Not true and although...

The aircraft was a small Embraer Regional Jet 145 that had 50 seats - most of which were occupied. We pulled away from the gate four minutes early but then waited on the tarmac for about thirty minutes for the plane to be de-iced. We actually took off about 35 after the scheduled departure time and arrived only 6 minutes...

I will begin by saying this trip I booked first class because financially it was about the same price as booking a seat in economy. In first class there are no baggage fees and your price includes your seat. Economy charges you for baggage, carry on and your seats. The food was mediocre due to running out of what was...

I booked this using my ANA mileage award. This review is mainly for customer service. Aircraft was excellent. One of the flight attendant was really rude. She kept kicking the blanket which happen to go over the aisle little bit. My partner didn't notice and apologized, but she gave me a rude attitude and kind angrily told him not to...

The airline in general was amazing. All members that we ran into at each airport both coming and going home were all nice. On each flight they gave us a small free snack which most airlines have not done for me over the past 5 years or so. The only negative is that baggage for one big luggage was 25.00...
