Dear United, you really must serve a proper hot meal on your HNL to EWR route. Seeing as HNL airport does not provide any proper dining options to speak of, you really must show some aloha to your customers flying this very long domestic route. Your snack boxes contain more paper than anything edible, while your crackers and processed snacks...

Broke my ankle on vacation and needed help from United for my 3 flights home! Wheelchairs ready at each airport. Flight attendants helped me in the aircraft. The first flight did not have a jet way so two airport employees carried me up the steps in a wheelchair! Thank you United for getting me home, helping me all the way.

This is the worst airline I have ever dealt with. Never fly United! They have absolutely no communication with their guests. I have been sitting at O'Hare for more than 5 hours. I have been traveling for two days straight now from Thailand. My last flight home of course is pushed back multiple times with no communication as to why.

I actually had a really good flight... The flight was not full, so I ended up with an exit row all to myself. The staff in my section were very quick to refill your complimentary wine and the entertainment selection was pretty good.

it's nice to see an airline doing their jobs so well. All four legs of the travel were on time. The staff was very professional and actually took time to make conversation with passengers. It would be nice if they allowed a piece of cargo baggage for 'free'.

United has improved a lot with their new jets the dream-liner. The legged has increased than their old jets. the food is better and best of all the flight attendants attitudes improved as well. Will fly with them again.

Great flight and nice newer plane on this short haul trip. Much more leg room and more comfortable seats than expected. Small downside was the stale waffle cookie snacks and delayed flight but they made up for it with the nice service and comfy plane.
