I like flying United because they are dependable and reasonable in all areas. There could be room for improvement because I remember when airlines actually tried to please the customers rather then feel like they are doing us a favor to allow us to take a flight with them.

United introduced the new Polaris business class service on December 1. I flew on December 6. Of course, until they get the Polaris lounges set up and install new seating on the planes, it's not the full Polaris experience, but they have started. On boarding, each seat had Saks Fifth Avenue pillows, blankets and comforters. All very nice. The new...

Using flexible scheduling, we were able to get a round trip flight to Nashville that was half of what my siblings paid to fly down on United for a wedding. The seats were better than I had prepared myself for - especially with a bad back that has endured several spine surgeries. Embarking and departure from the plane was orderly...

Plane was clean. Flight crew pleasant and helpful. Bad news: the seats were harder than a concrete park bench. Ruined the flight for us.

My entire experience with United Airlines is absolutely terrible. When I first arrived for departure check in was fine...easy no issues....sent my bags off with ease. THEN I was told my flight would be delayed and I would miss my connection in Houston so I quickly went to the desk and the attendant booked me on an earlier flight with...

I promised myself I would never fly United again after my last flight. However, I gave in and decided to give it one more try. That was a mistake. The only positive was that we took off and landed on time. The rest of the experience was pretty horrible. United will never be a good airline with their surly cabin...

This was the third and final leg of our flights that originated in Vancouver and the first flight we had taken that left on time and did not have mechanical problems, the plane was a Boeing 787 Dreamliner with a 3/3/3 configuration, we flew Premium Plus which gave us extra leg room and this was the first flight where a...

This was the first leg of a trip my Wife and I took to Rio, the Plane was an Airbus A320 with seating 3 seats on either side of a central aisle, we were travelling in what United calls Premium plus which means more leg room but they still charge you for food and there was no video screen. The...

The flight was late arriving into MDT due to a delayed crew swap in Chicago. Although the flight arrived late and we departed MDT about 30 minutes late, we arrived at our gate in ORD about 30 minutes early. Main reason = there was absolutely no delay getting to our gate once we landed in ORD. Also credit has to...
