We arrived at the ticket counter to find 40 people in line at United with one agent. All the other airlines had 2 to 4 passengers with at lest 2 agent. When we finally got to the counter we were offered to be put on an earlier flight that was leaving in 30 minutes. My wife asked the agent TWICE...

From the Start the trip was plagued with over booking and disorganization!!! Only 2 things saved me by not getting MAD, the Desk Manager at check in who was apologetic for the chaos scene and that the plane we flew was a NEW VERSION, beside that will fly AMERICAN next time.

When I began to printout boarding passes, my wife's seat had been moved 20 rows to the last row of airplane. Since plan was almost full, I had to pay almost $200 for upgrade seats behind one another. No 2 seats side-by-side were available. United refused to refund upgrade costs and stated that "reserved seats are a courtesy and NOT...

I am very happy with UAL and have logged over 3 million miles BIS. It's kind of gone down hill the past 3 or 4 years, but it is still my airline of choice!

I and my traveling companion were bitterly disappointed with our introduction to the USA. Everything was going well until the food service. They may as well have served a tray full of salt. I managed to get through half of it, but that was it. Luckily I had enough packaged foodstuffs in my carry on to get us through til...

Although we were delayed by day and had to change our flights 3 times due to the snow disruption, United handle the problem in a great manner. We fly with UA all the time, and yes the have delays, and problems- who hasn't? Become a member and they will treat you like a part of their family!

When I was in Liberia Costa Rica coming back to Miami fl the airport in Liberia didn't have an atm in order to pay for my luggage. It was a bad experience because I didn't carry a credit card an I had to ask another customer in line to pass their credit card for me so that I could give...

Every flight I am on with United has a friendly crew. I most recently did a leg to Lima and have to say the crew was amazing as always. There was one guy that was rude about the meals but his manager took care of that. Every time I fly with United I know I'll have an easy ride.

The UA flights I have taken lately were all okay to slightly less than ok but not "bad".I have taken them I think four of five times in 2015, The planes have had mechanical issues on more than one flight, they have been late often, their boarding was not the best coordinated and was slow and inefficient in my opinion....
