The flight was on time, both departing and landing. Uneventful flight, which is just what you want...No frills in economy, but you get what you pay for. All in all a good flight. I will be taking it again.

The service, crew, plane and overall experience on the flight out was exceptional. The food was ok. We were in Economy but there was room and I am a big girl. Coming back it must have been one of their older models. Very tight seats. Very limited legroom, even my trim, slim daughter felt claustrophobic. Food again was ok. The...

The seasoned group of flight attendants on United Airlines is always a delight to be with, regardless the negative comments from some travelers I personally find them to be always totally committed to the job, which is rare these days for the service industry. they are always on top of everything, seldom missing anything, always have answers to questions. Maybe...

Let me say thy the flight was on time. We left at the exact departure time. We even landed earlier than expected. That isn’t my problem. The ride was not terribly bumpy until the end when the pilot landed. I thought the plane was going to flip. But that wasn’t the problem. The problem was my ears popped like pop...

First class Orlando to Newark was excellent. We had lie flat seats. What a treat , that usually only happens when flying internationally The flight attendant offered drinks before takeoff and hot towels. No real food on an afternoon flight, just a snack basket to pick from. I fly business and first class frequently, but never on United and their...

So this flight was delayed about 40 minutes, due to several bad thunderstorms rolling through the area (not the airlines fault). In this instance it wasn't a big deal, I had no connections to make (those on the plane that did, all made them with a little help from the crew). The flight itself was a little choppy, but the...

We had a direct flight going out. That flight was perfect. Coming back, not so much. One, we flew into Chicago and they changed our gate 3 times. Two, smooth sailing, it was a very very very rough flight. Three, we got into Omaha and they wouldn't let us off the plane, the gangway wouldn't work.
