I am very disappointed with Frontier Airlines. I purchased a go wild pass and I am never able to use it. The one time I tried and planned a flight, Frontier cancelled the flight and I am also never able to use the credits. This company is a Scam!!! There are no customer service agents available to speak with. I have spent over 1,000 USD and have never rode with them. I will make sure to tell everyone Not to waste their time or money on these terroist.

Original scheduled nonstop flight (Myself & ADHD 8y old) from TPA -PHL canceled 1 day prior to departure (no explanation from Frontier). Used Frontier option to rebook and chose later departure but same day TPA-RDU-PHL. Although the new flight involved a layover I needed to get child to PHL this date. The TPA-RUD-PHL flight was delayed in excess of 3 hrs. There was no explanation from Frontier staff at airport but kept getting text messages (saved and available for inspection) riddled with misinformation as to the delayed departure from RUD. Frontier Airport staff left us completely uninformed in airport and everyone was complaining and irate. Had earlier in week (after flight) requested compensation for delay from Frontier and we’re offered (2) $100 vouchers which were accepted by me and promised to be emailed to us. Of course no email received. Called frontier as I’m an elite member - only elite can call to speak to a actual Frontier employee, all others must chat. Unfortunately you get Philippines representatives that are ill trained, not understandable, and balk/resist at involving a supervisor. As stated, I was just inquiring as to vouchers- never got the promised email so I have nothing going forward. 1st call 42 min and disconnected by Frontier while waiting for supervisor. 2nd call 25 min and disconnected again. Finally gave up but Americans should not be subject to this abhorrent and obscene lack of customer service. Just documenting failures of Frontier to provide any reasonable standard of customer service. Frankly Frontier should be fined.

No help from staff was there 14hrs waiting for my departure that was paid by family member. Could not board because of check in fee. Hidden boarding fee. This airline bucks and staff is bunch off clowns. Would rather pay 500$ n be home than to save and deal with this airline again. Haven't seen my family in 7 years n this airline cause me to be homeless with no help or sympathy.

I arrived at the Las Vegas airport at least 2 hours before my flight was due to take off, checked my luggage and went to sit at the gate shown on my boarding pass that I got less than an hour before arriving at the airport. All seemed normal. As we got closer to boarding time I saw a captain enter the plane and people waiting to board. No flights were posted and NO ANNOUNCEMENT of any gate changes for my flight. When it got too close to final boarding I went up to the desk and they told me my flight was at another gate..NO ANNOUNCEMENT. I ran to the new gate as they were shutting the door. I did not make it on the plane , but my bags did fly to Philadelphia without me. A pilot from Southwest Airlines saw the situation and I explained what happened. He said Frontier will do nothing and he looked up the next flight from Vegas to Philly. It was on Spirit. He helped me book this flight but first asked if I could run. Being almost 70 I said of course I can run. This pilot not only found me a flight, booked it for me and got my boarding pass for an airline he did not work for. I ran, took two trams and got from E terminal to A terminal in Harry Reid Airport in about 20 minutes and made my new flight. I contacted Frontier to ask for a refund of just what I paid for my alternate flight home. They said there was never a gate change and I just missed my flight. The Frontier Flight went off from gate E8, my boarding pass said and still says E 10. Their error and they did not offer compensation. I did book the Frontier Flight with my American Express Card and turned this issue over to American Express since Frontier will not admit their mistake. Please everyone, save all receipts and documents since you never know what can happen. I will never fly Frontier again. Please use this as a warning.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The pilot never showed up, then they cancelled the flight and we were were going to travel from Dallas to San Francisco to see the Copa América games, so we lost the money for the soccer game, the Airbnb, the trip from San Francisco to Las Vegas where we were going to see the next game, and the flight from Las Vegas to Ecuador was also lost. Due to enormous irresponsibility on the part of the airline, we lost a lot of money. I don't recommend it one bit. They didn't take responsibility for their mistakes either. They didn't give us a hotel in Miami, nothing. The worst airline.
