We had major problems when we booked. Unable to get through to speak with anyone to sort out the problem. Got to Penang and went to the office. Had to buy another ticket!! Got to Langkawi airport and was informed our suitcases would be arriving in Melbourne a day after we arrived. Our bags had to go domestic. After 45...

Delayed PM departure from Penang to Singapore. The flight was delayed but there was no information provided by AirAsia ground staff. Two international flights were routed through the same departure gate, and as the small room filled up with an increasingly confused group of travellers heading to two separate destinations, the initial queues degenerated into a heaving mass of passengers....

The flight was full with only 2 seat left. Able to enjoy the smooth flying time with some Advertising of the product sales by the Air Crew (free entertainment from a budget airline). Baggage handling was bad. My check-in small size hard case Baggage was tag "Fragile" and was broken when collecting it from the baggage belt. This was my...

Smooth flight, excellent service and very good food as opposed to another major company on another recent flight overseas. Considering this is a no frills airline it provides all you need for a short 8 hour flight. With the change of Departure airports in Victoria to Avalon in December 2018, am hoping that people are not deterred to fly with...

I am always confident with Airasia pilot. The take-off and landing are always done nicely and safely. The condition of the plane is great, only drawback is the leg space. Good staff who care for passengers needs. Keep it up.

I have chosen this flight back to my hometown, flight was delayed and plane was in the middle of the runway in a small airport. The flight attendants are not that accommodating, not that i will be impressed of, just like im in a small community talking to locals. Baggage excess are expensive and seats are tight. I will not...

Flights are in good condition but the people who manage airasia are unprofessional and very rowdy sometimes. New rules are created every time i travel by this airline. Air hostesses are very arrogant and not friendly..maybe its only towards Indians...but i have seen them very friendly with the Chinese and European travelers. Person reading this can figure out what is...

We were quite disappointed as we boarded the plane, the first sight we stepped in the cabin, we spotted empty cans lying on the premium seats. One seat scattered with newspapers. Though these were the unethical acts of the passengers, but, at least tidy up job should be done. However, we had a smooth fly with friendly staff. Our arrival...
