Unfortunately the weather was inclement the day we were scheduled. It was not raining when we arrived. The actual address shown on the ticket was for the vineyard and home. After calling multiple times, we were able to finally reach someone who explained that the tour was cancelled due to the weather.
booking@celimarro.it stated that they would proceed to make refund, but it has not been received. They provided another email that bounces when email is sent.
Wish we could have taken advantage of this tour, but that is life.
UPDATE
We were able to work with company and they were able to provide a full refund.
