The day begins with designated meeting point. The first stop, Tokyo Tower, gives you the best views of Tokyo’s skyline. If you want to delve into Japan’s historic traditions, you’ll be a part of a traditional tea ceremony and afterwards, there's a chance to visit a Japanese garden full of bonsai trees and remnants from the Edo period.
After lunch, you'll visit the Imperial Palace. Your guide tells you about Japan’s past and all its historical figures and architecture. After seeing Niju-bashi Bridge, you’ll head to Hinode Pier for a river cruise under 12 bridges. The Nakamise streets are a great place to buy handicrafts and you’ll also visit Senso-ji—Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple. The day ends at Tokyo station.
