Also, I'm going to tell you about which type of sake is good for warm, cold or room temperature and explain the meaning of what are written on the label of a bottle, which makes you understand sake type and taste much more! I hand in a basic sake document, so you can review this whenever you like! I give you a hint of which sake is good for eating a different type of Japanese foods.

All of our expectations were exceeded! This was a great introduction to the intricacies of sake, and our guide Aki was an incredible sommelier that navigated us through each type and I could not recommend it more!

We had the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable on sake and Japanese alcohol as well. He also knew a lot about the USA which was great because he told us what we could drink back home and what was unavailable. 10/10!!

Aki was an amazing host and very knowledgeable. My friend and I had a private tasting and had a great time. Our Tokyo trip would not have been complete without this experience and now we can knowledgeably choose which sake to choose and bring home. We will be going home with over our liquor limit since we fell in love with sake. We had all kinds of sake from cold to warm from 80% stipulation to 50% or less. If you're curious about the sake culture don't hesitate to do this tasting.

Great sake tasting session with Akira! Very friendly and knowledgeable about sake and great to talk about the process and types of sake! Really enjoyed trying a variety of sakes and the unpasteurised sake was amazing! Highly recommend doing any of Akira’s tours or tasting experiences!

We had a very pleasant afternoon with Aki as an introduction to the world of sake. Aki is very knowledgeable and a great host. He’s lived 10 years in Melbourne and so is also very knowledgeable about living in a Western culture and comparing the world of sake appreciation to the world of wine appreciation.
