We did the Asakusa route on the last day of our trip and it was a great way to end the holiday. We really enjoyed driving the karts and seeing the sights. Our guide Marco was fantastic and really lovely.

I recently attended an event and wanted to share my experience. At the start of the event, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions, which set a positive tone for the day. However, my experience took a turn for the worse after I arrived extremely early, as promised, to secure a prime spot for the best photos and videos. Despite my early arrival and the assurance that I would be positioned at the front, a couple who joined us later was prioritized for better positioning. After just 10 minutes on the road, I was asked by Usama to move to the back to accommodate them. This request was quite upsetting and frustrating. I had paid for the same service and had been assured a great spot for my photos and videos. The decision to move me to the back in favor of the couple meant that my photos would likely not be as good as I had anticipated. It felt like my experience was undervalued compared to the couple's, despite my early arrival and the assurances I had received. While the staff Usama initial approach was commendable, this situation significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope future events will ensure that all attendees receive equal consideration and that such issues can be avoided.

Amazing! DO THIS!! We both did a nighttime tour and despite my nerves, it was so amazing. Our guide GY was so cool. Explained things so clearly and looked after us. He made this tour! Dressing up in a costume was great and trust me you won’t get hot/overheat. They give you gloves, glasses and beanies that are all freshly cleaned or washed. Do yourself a favour - it was truly sooooo good! Ask for GY!

Fantastic experience cruising the streets of Tokyo. Chan and Mai were awesome guides and made sure we had heaps of fun. Will be back to do it again!!

Great experience and well organised. Our tour guide Andy was informative and engaging. It’s a must do activity for first-timers in Tokyo, Japan! This was my second time as I have enjoyed it so much the first time back in 2018!

This experience cannot be beaten! Driving a go cart on the streets of Tokyo legally and actively taking in the sights and energy from the pedestrians, amazing. The instructors, the office staff, everyone, were relaxed, fun and passionate about what they do. I would recommend to anyone who visits Tokyo, we did both Tokyo Bay and Shibuya, give them both a go, they are both great, but they are also very different.

We had a blast with our guide GY and the course that included the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and Odaiba! I was initially torn between this course and the one in Shibuya, but I am so happy I went with this one as it is longer and going fast along/around the rainbow bridge was so much fun! We still had plenty of photo opportunities at stop lights. GY made sure to rotate throughout the duration of the course so that each pair was able to be at the front, and he also took many photos of everyone. The costumes were also a nice touch! Our guide was fun and made sure we were safe at all times. I highly recommended Streetkart Tokyo Bay.

Absolutely fantastic experience today with Street Kart. Great fun riding around the sites of Tokyo with my friends on a kart. Benny the guide was superb ensuring we stayed together as a group when we came to traffic lights. Would highly recommend this as an experience in Tokyo.

We went in the summer during a down pour rain and you would think that the rain would ruin the experience by it was still absolutely amazing. I so appreciate our guide and this incredible experience!

Personally, I had my reservations about this because I didn't know how easy or hard it would be. Turns out it was pretty easy and if you're an adrenaline junkie that likes speed, this is most definitley for you and at the same time you get to see many cool shopping centers and popular tourist destinations. There were some minor malfunctions with the karts like with my friends kart that had loose screws but other than that, it was well worth the experience.

We did the Street Kart in May 2023 and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! The evening tour was super cool!

Got to see sites that we didn't have time for during our trip which was convenient. The driving instructor made us feel safe and waited for those who didn't make the green light. If you're nervous they let you drive the closest to them with the best drivers toward to the back of the group. It was such a good experience doing it at night and feeling the wind in my hair!! I own a convertible back home so it was nice to have that same feeling again overseas. Highly recommend!
