The day prior to walk, received a message from local guide into my phone saying, walk not possible in the scheduled time 8.00 am as he was busy. To choose evening slot. We already had other plans. He said, talk to my boss and gave a number. Ankit his boss responded saying to give him sometime to organize a guide. Later said to go to site and cancel. Also said that I would get full refund. It’s 6 days and am still waiting. Awful experience. First last moment cancelled tour by the operators and then no refund in sight.Written 24 April 2022
