Novel, fun element, would have been nicer if the out door area was more interactive. In itself a good idea, for a rainy day in this impressive natural environment. However execution is piecemeal. The first room (escape room) is fine, the next one (upside down) also great though severely limited in concurrent numbers of visitors, but after that it collapses. 2-3 bigger halls full of individual features, and literally NONE of them has any instructions shown in English, French or whatever. Sometimes their instructor is nearby to give hints, but often he's not as there can be more parties active in the hall. You simply loose most of the fun by having to guess what the riddle/action is!

Thank you for your visit and for taking the time to give us a review. We aimed, and happily have achieved in the most part, to set up an attraction that challenges people to work things out without being ‘spoon-fed’. So the limited signage is part of the challenge. Having said that we do have our team on hand to help where needed and on your visit it appears we let you down in this department :(. My apologies for this. However with the current covid situation we do take our responsibilities very seriously and if ever a team member is not feeling well, we insist they return home and take a lateral flow test. I have checked and this happened on the day of your visit, so again my apologies for this. We are trying our best to work through this difficult situation. Fortunately the test for the 2 staff were negative and they have happily resumed their duties.

This extraordinary museum is definitely worth a visit.
You are immersed in a world of curiosities and bizarre things, where nothing is as it seems. Charming guides took us through the various exhibition rooms, explaining and taking great photos. We had a fantastic time and a lot of fun - thanks to Aadilah and Jocelyn, our guides, you are patient, funny and great! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic little gem. We were not planning on coming here as our guide hadn't informed us about this place. But when we drove past and saw the gardens we had to pop in and see what it was all about. We spent well over 2 hours here and our whole family, from ages 12 to 79, enjoyed it. Sharon was great!
Definitely worth a visit if you're tired of looking at beaches and trees or if you're simply curious.

My family and I had a fantastic and enjoyable time at Curious Corner. Among the staff, Vanisha and Rodney truly excelled as exceptional guides. Rodney's explanations were both entertaining and thorough, setting him apart from the others. I strongly recommend a visit to this attraction in Mauritius. The admission fee of Rs. 427.50 per adult is well worth it.

Exhibits were good, but unfortunately the staff were not and left a bad aftertaste. A member of staff shouted at one of our group for taking a photo while other guests were waiting behind us. We complained to a manger who instead of apologising shouted at us for a further 10 minutes. The original person who was shouted at left crying.

I had so much fun during my trip. Was worried it would be tough to be accommodated since I was alone but the staff were very warm and welcoming. They helped with photos and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible during my experience there. There are so many fun activities - especially loved the escape room and the mirrors room. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for soup travelers, couples, families and friends

My husband and I visited here on our honeymoon as we were staying nearby. We were there for about an hour and we laughed the whole way around. It was funny and clever, silly and educational. Owned and run by a family, who went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It is a must visit if you are in the area, even if you aren’t a short drive away. Highly recommend!

This is a must do fun stop whether with family or couples. Huge surprise, starts off with optical illusions via iPhone photography. Please make sure to ask the workers for the specific help when taking photographs to ensure the illusion is precise. After outdoor fun, then a pleasing indoor range of games and more illusions and tricks. Again, ask all the helpers for help to understand the illusions.

Great way to spend 1-2 hours whether you are young family or like us just immature adults 🤣. Lots of interactive things to do and the photo opportunities outside are hilarious. Big thanks to Jocelyn for helping taking pics. All this only after you work out how to escape the study room though. Not expensive either.
