The Holbox Shuttle exceeded my expectations. They were in constant contact on What's App. They make sure you are standing in the correct meeting place at Cancun Airport (even having me send a selfie in front of the welcome bar). The shuttle leaves right on time and it was comfortable and driver drove well. We also used them for our return from Chiquila to Cancun Airport and once again, it was seamless. I highly recommend them.

The company reached out 24 hours in advance and sent along clear directions on meeting location and expectations. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver was fantastic and exactly on time. He also knew the route and road avoiding potholes and speed bumps. It’s a pretty ride through some small towns. We took the 6pm Cancun shuttle for the last ferry at 8:30pm and we rolled up to the doc right at 8:30. One of the locals said that the boat would not leave until a little later and must wait for the shuttle to arrive. We were the last to board. Would use them again.

Driver was crazy, driving too fast, passing cars in a very stretch road, approached the other cars very rude , stopped for 20 min in a gas station. Didn’t take the toll road, so we crossed many towns, delaying the arrival. For the high cost we payed, at least we should have used the toll road. Don’t recommend at all. We almost kissed the ground when arrived.

Quick and efficient service, very clean van, great prices. The driver was at the meeting point as scheduled, communication was prompt.

Holbox Shittle was amazing. They kept in touch to make sure I was in the right place and when my traveling companion ended up at the wrong terminal, they went out of their way to find him. Great people and great drivers.

The instructions where to meet was perfect. On time and professional. The driver even stopped for a bathroom break. Taking them back to Cancun

Fast. Reliable. We used the service going from the airport to Holbox. We liked the chauffeur and it was very simple to find the pickup just make sure to go to the right terminal

On time and pick up where directed. Airport is a bit confusing but people are helpful! The ride added to the adventure of getting to your destination!

The shuttle only allows one suitcase and one carryon per person. I had two small suitcases and was told that I could carry one on my lap, which for a two-hour trip was not going to work. I ended up paying for a very expensive taxi to drop my extra suitcase off at the hotel where I would stay next. The airport website said there are lockers but there are not. It was extremely stressful. But the real bummer was that the luggage area of the shuttle was not even half full! I would have gladly paid more to avoid this very stressful and expensive situation by simply putting my little suitcase on the shuttle. I am a senior citizen and one big suitcase doesn't work at my age. Yet, I could have easily checked one suitcase onto that shuttle that was twice the size of the one I had. This was a huge bummer.

Driver was there as arranged but somehow the drive to Chiquila took closer to 3 hours than the usual 2. Not sure what happened.

Super bad experience. They sold us a shuttle straight from Chilaquil to Tulum, 2 hours- i checked once more if it is really 2 hours, yes of course, max!! 3h. I guess because there were not enough people they got us onto a shuttle to Playa del Carmen, and kicked us out there. They tried to get us into a collectivo, where we were supposed to pay again/did not know how to handle our suitcases. After 4 hours we were finally in Tulum, we were in contact with the agency who did not apologize and did not get back to us again. A plus, at least the driver tried to get us into the collectivo and did not leave.

Missed the shuttle bus . Paid $140 for three. Due to a flight delay, we missed the bus to holbox by 10 minutes . Got stuck in Cancun.
