Very good services, easy to contact by email/WhatsApp and fast response to customers. My flight was emergency cancelled, but Bluvan allowed me to change the time of pick-up without additional charge. But 1 point decrease because my driver arrived late for 15-20 minutes. However, I recommend BluVan.

Our journey from the Charles De Gaulle to our hotel (Dream castle) was great, the driver (ESSOMBA Manu) was polite, very helpful and friendly. Sent myself direct message to let us know that he was there waiting for us. Always kept in the loop. Our Return journey from dream castle hotel to Paris Charles De Gaulle airport was also great. Our driver Rajiban RAJAGOPAL was already pulled up before our time slot. Had the baby car seat, booster seat and boot open for us ready to go. Helped with our luggage.
