I received a 2-hour discovery day flight in the G2 heli as a birthday gift (voucher). Called to book and the staff were lovely. On the day my instructor was Mark who was very chill and overall a superb teacher. We went up and I had the opportunity to familiarize with each of the controls before taking over the flight entirely; then practiced hovering which is harder than it sounds. We did that twice for about an hour each time. Tips: bring sunglasses and a baseball hat, both will be useful. Be prepared to induce motion sickness in yourself with your own flying!

We were very lucky with glorious weather, but even despite that it was a fantastic experience. We felt looked after, instructions were clear, and the whole event felt tailored to making sure we had a great time. Everyone we met was warm, helpful and thoughtful and our pilot gave us so much info and insight into what we were seeing, and a bit of insider knowledge about the rules of flying (esp past Gatwick!). And then even had a great lunch on site and we were reluctant to leave. Absolutely loved it and would gladly consider a repeat visit.

This was my 45th Birthday present and challenge. I am scared of height and this challenge meant a lot. But I never expected to enjoy it so much that I am looking at doing the London tour next. James welcomed us when we go there and he was amazing at putting us at ease. After doing the paperwork, we met our pilot, Chang(please excuse if I got the name wrong). He introduced us to the helicopter, told us about it and answered all my questions. The take off, trip and lading was so smooth. Our pilot was just amazing through out the whole trip. We were blessed with a beautiful day and amazing views. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you to the whole team for making this challenge, trip so nice.

I cannot rave enough about this experience. This was a surprise gift for my nephews (told them on the morning of the flight). The customer service was incredible from beginning to end. Staff are extremely friendly & as well as ensuring that their customers have a great experience, safety was their priority. My sports mad nephews were astonished by how many sporting landmarks they flew by. The pilot even asked my nephews where they lived & incredibly flew over their London house (my sister even saw them from the garden)! Their parents photos were stunning. Thanks to EBG for their patience whilst I asked endless questions before booking this once in a lifetime experience.

Very nice experience！The weather was very good, and we could see the landmark buildings in the center of London. The pilot introduced the attractions, and the overall experience was very good.

Such a wonderful experience with EBG Helicopters. They made it an unforgettable experience. The helicopter Tour was simply the best. We had a great Pilot with a ton of knowledge. Great value for money will definitely be back.

I booked a 15 min pathfinder trip to help me overcome my fears . Ross our pilot was exceptional . He made the flight as smooth as possible and explained every movement with details of air currents and ridges etc. His kindness and professionalism was exceptional. I am still work in progress but I am no longer petrified and this is thanks to him. The whole process from website to booking to flight was seamless . I would highly recommend EBG.

Very glad we did this. Easy to book - we phoned to check the day was available, they put a hold on it to allow me to make and pay for the flight online. Great communication before the flight about what to do, what to bring etc. On the day, the 'Weather Gods' were good to us and we had a great flight over London, piloted by Mark, who was both helpful and friendly, and a good laugh as he pointed out the sights. Felt safe and comfortable at all times during the 35 mins in the air and was able to get some great photos and a 360 degree video to remember the day. Not a cheap option but a wonderful experience to mark our Wedding Anniversary.

Unfortunately due to poor weather conditions we couldn't do the tour in November but the guys at EBG were happy to postpone until July. It was worth the wait. We were warmly welcomed by Geoff who took us through the plan for the trip and security steps. Our pilot Ross made us feel very comfortable and we had an amazing experience seeing all major landmarks along the Thames. We would recommend the tour and thanks guys for a great trip.

My wife booked this flight as a birthday gift and it was a great experience and the view from up there was amazing also (though most of the time I was focused on the controls). We took the G-SWNS helicopter, so my wife had a seat at the back too, good reviews from her also. The pilot, Simon, was quite professional too and was happy to answer my many questions. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

Unforgettable experience, all of it! From booking, to scheduling, from arrival at the heliport to heli take-off, from flight till landing and debriefing, all was professional, warm and organised. A big thanks to James, and our pilot Chan, for making this happen on a short notice and ensure our wedding anniversary was unforgettable. A truly great experience. Well done all.
