Excellent tour coordinator Alice Bui, without her expertise we would have not enjoyed our tour. From the initial stage of inquire to complete the tour she kept in touch with us on Whts app & made sure our needs are taken care. Our Indian vegetarian food was taken care in every possible city. Tour guide in Hanoi very good & specially tour guide in Da Nang, her name is Linh… she was excellent, very informative & made sure we visit all the places listed irrespective of time. After exploring their services, I found them to be one of the best travel companies for Vietnam tours. From the very beginning, I had the pleasure of communicating with Stella, an incredibly enthusiastic, humble, and intelligent lady with immense patience. She put in a lot of effort to help us finalize our destinations and sightseeing spots. I asked her numerous questions about Vietnam's world-famous tourist attractions, and she provided me with detailed, informative, and respectful answers. Choosing this cruise from multiple quotations turned out to be one of my best decisions. On the second day, we visited Phong Nha Cave, and the experience was beyond incredible. The way Stella had prepared our itinerary was simply excellent. Other unforgettable experiences included exploring Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain, Buddhist Pagodas, the French Village, and the Sky Cable Car—each offering breathtaking views and rich cultural significance. The hotels arranged by GADT Travel were fantastic—spacious, clean, centrally located, and offering delicious food and top-notch amenities. The only exception was the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, which was slightly smaller than the others, but I had no regrets about it, as it still met our expectations. Our last day in Vietnam was spent at the Cu Chi Tunnels, a historical site symbolizing Vietnam’s victory over one of the world's greatest powers, the United States. It was a remarkable and thought-provoking experience. Our English-speaking guide, My Hoang, was an exceptional companion throughout the trip. She was highly knowledgeable, humble, and respectful. During our journey, i discussed various issues related to Vietnam, Asia, and India for nearly two hours, yet she remained engaged, answering all my questions with a warm smile and great enthusiasm. As we were about to depart, Stella personally reminded us to inform her once we reached home safely. This simple gesture reflected her genuine dedication and care for travelers. I am not interested in history usually but when I saw some pictures about Vietnam history I was curious to know the reality and facts about the Vietnam war so I decided to go to Vietnam and took the half day tour with Gadt travels and they picked me on time from my hotel and organized the trip very well. The van was really comfortable and nice and the guide vi was superb you will really like the tours of this company totally professional and well maintained services and specially prices are very reasonable. Now I know much about Vietnam war and it was too horrible to know how they servived in the war days. Really super heroes who servived in this worst situation. If you want to learn about the Vietnam please visit cu chi tunnel and if you want a good experience with professional then choose only Gadt travels ;)

Our recent Vietnam trip with Gadt Travel was an absolute delight, and we owe a big thank you to our tour manager, Alice! From start to finish, everything was impeccably organized, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable experience across Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi – A Perfect Start Alice arranged an early check-in for us, which was a great convenience after our flight. We stayed in the Old Quarter, an excellent location where everything was within walking distance—no need for Grab at all! Our hotel was great, and I’d rate it 9/10. Our itinerary in Hanoi covered: ✅ Local city tour ✅ Ninh Binh day trip ✅ Overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay While the Hanoi and Ninh Binh experiences were amazing (and easily found online), I’d love to highlight our Aspira Cruise experience in Ha Long Bay—it was beyond fantastic! 🚢 Aspira Cruise – A 11/10 Experience! Alice booked an amazing room for us—super spacious with a balcony that extended onto the deck, making it an incredible spot for photos. Food was delicious, and we enjoyed various activities like: ✔️ Kayaking ✔️ Swimming ✔️ Squid fishing ⚠️ Travel Tip: Carry your own drinking water from land, as the water on the cruise is expensive once you finish your complimentary supply. Da Nang – Beautifully Planned Da Nang was another highlight of the trip, with Alice ensuring a well-balanced itinerary. We visited: ✅ Hoi An ✅ Bamboo boat ride ✅ Ba Na Hills After a long day of exploring, I highly recommend getting a body massage here. It was one of the best experiences, helping us unwind and feel completely relaxed. Ho Chi Minh City – A Mixed Experience Alice accommodated our request for an extra day in Ho Chi Minh without significantly altering the tour price, which we truly appreciated. 🏨 Hotel: Prague Hotel – A Big NO! While the location was excellent (9/10), the rest was disappointing—rooms, breakfast, and staff were 0/10. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere nearby for a better experience. Final Thoughts Despite the minor hotel issue in Ho Chi Minh, the trip itself was absolutely perfect. Alice ensured we were engaged every day, discovering something new and making the most of our time in Vietnam. ⭐ Alice made my Vietnam trip a full 10/10, which means she herself is a 10/10 professionally! ⭐ A huge thank you to Alice for curating such a memorable experience.
