Great tour visiting all the main spots in the island in a 4WD toyota. However the guides looked very bored and in a rush to bring us back.

Jane and Clayton picked us up from our hotel reception with warm welcoming smiles and we set off for what was a most enjoyable day. We loved every part of the tour, spotting turtles diving down to the rocks to eat, driving through sand dunes, swimming in the sea on a beautiful white sandy deserted beach, sampling local Grog, seeing a ship wreck. Great story telling, excellent local and historical knowledge. They kept us a step ahead of the other tours which was fab, but never feeling rushed. I would highly recommend booking this tour, we had a really special day. Thank you 🤩

Lory was the best guide! Mano was the best driver. These two were such sweethearts and full of knowledge about the island. Honestly in all of my travels I have never seen such unspoiled, vast, beautiful beaches - truely breathtaking and SUCH a good way to see Boa Vista. Wow, we had a great morning out! “J” (will never spell your name correctly sorry) our tour guide, loved her country and knew everything about it and was just so lovely. You won’t get a better guide on the island. We took in culture (pottery making and the fish market) landmarks (sand dunes and shipwreck) and ended at a bar at the harbour for drinks, all at a pace and flexibility to suit us. We even had our own private photographer! Great value for money, go on it you won’t be disappointed 👍

Great off roading on powerful buggy’s over varying terrain. Good 2 hours and lots of fun. Staff friendly and helpful, go and do it!

Booked via TUI rep at Palace Boavista and with TUI app discount. Great value, and great way to explore the island. The Rabil stop is basically for local store keepers. But the stop is short and then you get to see all terrains. The sand dunes at the end was IMMENSE! Went with 19 and 22 year old sons, driving licences required. Be aware that you are in convoy and can only proceed as quickly as the slowest driver. So take it all in and don't go if you want to race around. Photographer on the trail too, just waiting for pics now; €30 for 4 hours of pics per quad.

The experience was excellent. Nothing to complain about, but it's a Hassle booking here. I nearly missed pick-up because my name wasn't on the list. It is better to do it through Tui; it is more secure, and drinks are included, we had to pay for the drinks that day. Do it through the it is the same company anyway.

Good at explaining the country, but the guide was very unprofessional, came late, was always on the phone, ran errands during the trip, and didn’t follow the itinerary, so we didn’t get to spend the time advertised at each stop. We strongly recommend doing it with TUI; they follow the itinerary correctly, and meals are included.

This trip is one of the best trips i have ever been on. I took my daughter who is 7 and she loved the whole expirience, not once did she claim she was bored. We saw so much of the island and also what happens on this island. Jason our guide was brilliant and explained all the information to us in great english. To top it off we saw turtles and sharks.

This is a great way to see the island beyond the resort. Jason our guide and driver for the day was excellent. He is friendly, knowledge about the tour and can tell you more about the Boa Vista if you are interested. The island is dry, however the scenery is varied and wonderful from the sea cliffs and caves, sand dunes, lava cobble roads and tracks. Take water, sun protection. You will get dusty... that is part of the experience

Fab half day tour of the South Island tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable the desert was spectacular too be prepared for bumpy rides in 4x4 all added to the fun and the locals very friendly worth the money, we upgraded to private tour which I would say is nice but not essential
