Such a fun trip. Great guides and beautiful scenery. Some rapids but quite gentle so no previous experience is necessary. Would highly recommend.

My sister did this tour a few years ago and recommended it and I’m so glad I i did it! Dan was our guide and did a great job moving us at a reasonable pace and making sure we were all safe and having fun. Two breaks to get out of the kayak. Bring a snack and water. If you are a super experienced kayaker or looking for a strenuous workout, may not be a good trip for you.

We had an amazing experience! Tour guides were great and the tour was such good value for money! Tour lasts 4.5 hrs. Quite a lot of canoeing if you have smaller children. Would recommend shoes or waterproof shoes as there is a bit where you walk across rocks in the middle. You also get really wet so would where swimming gear - I wore shorts which was a mistake! Would deffo do again! For a half day tour, it took a large amount of the day - we started at 10:30 and got back to the car around 16:00. So bear in mind if you want to do anything else with the day.

Our 3 guides were fantastic. One took the lead and was funny, relaxed and confident, while the two others were attentive to the large group, quickly spotting problems (inexperienced paddlers in need of extra tuition) or standing at the top of waterfalls to shave your canoe down the right line. Their work to get the group safely through the canyon was nonstop. For me, the quantity of wildlife was overwhelming: clouds of passerines, whole banks of toad-lets, swarms of demoiselles and stealthy water-snakes. Croatia’s Zrmanja canyon is abundant … for now. Very little attention was given to this by the guides, which was fine by me, safety was their number 1 priority. The river was gentle for us with the inflatable canoes being perfectly designed to shepherd 30 novice tourists down through the waterfalls. A safe and rewarding experience.

Very cool guides, pretty scenery: we had a nice time! Minor flaws to consider: - it was not clear that you cannot buy anything (water, food) at the departure point. So make sure you take everything you need with you to eat and drink during the many breaks along the way, or you ll have to wait for the finish line (approx 4,5 hours): I starved. - only drivers will be taken back to the departure point to get the car at the end of the trip. Non drivers have to wait at the finish point for approx 40 min for the drivers to come back with the car - it s really a nice trip but you ll have to wait at EVERY "rapid" for the whole group, if you are an expererienced kayaker: you ll get bored quickly.

The tour was amazing. For beginners it’s a bit challenging, but our tour guides were AMAZING. They helped us every time we got stuck and directed us on how to manage the waterfalls safely. My family truly enjoyed. This tour was the highlight of our week in Croatia!

We went as a family of 4 with a 6 year old and it was awesome. I was a little worried because i never went on kanoes before and i think it would be better if i had a bit more expirience but it was nice. the first part was easy. on the first waterfall the route around it was a little hard to walk in crocs, so i advice better shoewear. the rapids in the second part were a little harder to manage, but overall it was really fun, and id only reccommend it. at the end theres a bar and changing rooms. the guides (fabian and lara) were really nice, and even tho me and my mother were always behind they waited for us. i had a positive expirience.

Wonderful views, friendly guides, very safe 12km kayak tour for a very satisfying experience. Ivan and his friend were great guides, always careful to your safety and your fun. Absolutely recommended.

What an absolutely incredible experience. I have been whitewater rafting plenty before and thought my trip was well worth the money. It was so much fun the whole way down. From relaxing while paddling down the river, to going off a a 3 meter waterfall. Huge thank you to our tour guides, DiDi and Matej. They both did an amazing job keeping it fun, professional, organized, and gave lots of interesting history and funny commentary along the way. They were lovely to get to know. I definitely recommend this experience! :)

Four days / three nights on board and sailing around the Dalmation islands (Korniti National Park, Croatia). First proper holiday in several years. What an absolute treat. The giddiness of first getting on board to feeling like a pirate, explorer and adventurer. Then the reality sets in and it is just relaxation, enjoyment and faciliating mini adventures. Six of us boarded and were impressed from the start. Being tall, I feared being trapped in the bedroom or bathroom or anywhere inside but was very pleasantly surprised to see I could stand upright in about 85% of the inside areas of the boat! Our skipper Stjepan guided us with cool calmness that only comes with years of experience. Vana looked after us on board with a smile and warm welcome. Both provided insightful commentary but never felt intrusive which was fantastic. Both obviously know the area very well and were excellent tour guides and hosts. We were blessed with the weather and cannot fault anything of the trip. We swam so many times they all blurred into one. SUP was an interesting take on being pirates and exploring the coves and bays we stopped in. The local restaurants we ate at each evening were excellent. Nothing too fancy or overpriced - good hearty meals with local influences and excellent quality / taste. Highly recommend doing the end of season as the vast emptiness we got to experience would probably be a lot busier - we liked not having too many people around :-)

Enjoyed blissful weather and no winds with an incredible kayak along the river and through the canyon. Special shout out to two amazing tour guides (on 4/9/22) who took us off the river to swim and dive in an amazing waterfall and jump off 6m cliffs with all round good chat. Highly highly recommend for a really really amazing day!! Highlight of trip

From being collected from the airport to drop off we could not fault the experience. We have always enjoyed using local providers over dealing with generally ill informed agents in the uk and Raftrek appeared to offer a great mix of activities with locals at the forefront of giving you a taste of this beautiful country. The accommodation and meals in Skradin was perfectly acceptable with good service, and all our activities superbly organised. We were introduced to our guide Vana on the first evening and she stayed with us for the duration of our trip, she was an absolute joy to spend time with, as were all the other members of the Raftrek team. Vana proved to be extremely knowledgeable on all of the activities she led us on, Trekking, Kayaking and Cycling with the patience to manage our varying degrees of fitness , and she made everything we did and visited truly memorable. On joining the Tom Sayer Stephan proved to be a superb skipper and treated us to 3 spectacular days of relaxation and water based activities in the most stunning and beautiful surroundings. We really cannot recommend using Raftrek enough. All we can say is our experience was faultless without being overly "polished" and every person we met just added to the enjoyment with their willingness to make every guests have the best possible experience.

Great tour on the beautiful Zrmanja River. A must-do if you are nearby. The guides were very friendly and service was excellent.

Great nature and perfect setting for kayaking. Beautiful rapids and small waterfalls. Unfortunately too many people/ group (> 10, 2 p kayaks) and way too many groups at the same time on the water. Smoking was also allowed during the breaks!!!! 🤬 so forget enjoying clear air... Please limit the number of people!!!and forbid smoking

The experience was amazing! Perfect organisation, kindness, availability. We arrived late due to a scooter problem, they were waiting for us. Everything was explained in details. Landscape is awfully wild and peaceful. The two guys helps people in the difficult point of the ride. There are stops to rest and in the end you can change wet cloths in a locker rooms. A transfer brings you back. In the way back we had (again) a problem with the scooter and we will never stop thanking the guy of the organisation. They were so kind to help us. Unfortunately we don’t remember names. Thank you so much!
