About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- P7872WAdavido0 contributionsA great outdoor experience. To get more out of the experience I would take snorkelling equipment. A great activity, even the half day ends up more like a full day due to timings..Written 14 July 2024
- minibreak3750 contributionsHalf day kayakingA very nice experience kayaking. Very well organised, the minibus takes you to the different locations to beautiful unspoilt nature.Written 6 June 2024
- Clare T0 contributionsFantastic day! This was an amazing experience, we had such a great day seeing the cave and kayaking around the island. Everything is very laid back and taken care of for you, really recommend!Written 30 September 2023
- mutians20230 contributionsA great adventureIt was amazing! The organization was pretty good, no lang walkings, no long waitings. What I have to do is relax and enjoy it.Written 14 August 2023
- marvinbV5184NC0 contributionsDo It.It was a really good tour around dugi otok. A nice balance between breaks and kayaking and taking pictures. Our guide Ivan took us to all the good spots. Everything was very well planned.Written 29 July 2023
- Thu Q0 contributionsOne of the best things to do in ZadarI had a great time during this tour and didn’t want it to end! Our guide Filip was friendly and kind, at the same time professional and always made sure that everyone felt safe. Beware that the water inside the cave is quite cold, even when it’s 33 degree outside. I jumped right into the water when we got inside the cave and got shocked haha xD. All in all I can definitely recommend this tour when you visit Zadar.Written 15 July 2023
- IKzmey0 contributionsThe Cave to SeeI've done a good deal of kayaking around sea/ocean shores but this one probably tops them all (save for the whale watching ones). We were lucky with the weather and the cave is not huge but spectacular both above and under water. The rest of the credit goes to Ivan, the guide, who was patient, conisiderate and fun and showed us all the hidden bits that only a local knows. When we were early for the ferry he even took us for an extra trip to another beach. Well done!Written 3 July 2023
- lucasrado0 contributionsGreat day and adventureFirst you’ll have to get to Dugi Otok by ferry - nice ride! There we got picked up and the adventure started. Our guide Ivan was great and even showed us some cliffs to jump off. The cave is breathtaking but the island is at least as great!Written 12 June 2023
- xanderb030 contributionsA must if you go to ZadarNormally we planned to do the tour on a Wednesday, however they sent us an email and text on Whatsapp that the tour was cancelled, because of the bad weather. They helped us booking a new tour on a different day and responded to our questions very quickly. The guide was amazing, was experienced and adapted himself to the group (6 students). The tour was varied and we did everthing that was explained in the description. I would certainly recommend this tour to other people and friends.Written 23 September 2022
- 596jadeo0 contributionsBest part of the holidayThe kayaking trip with Filip and Zoki was amazing. They gave us the option to cancel with a full refund because some poor weather meant a couple of the usual routes weren’t safe to go to, but they adjusted the day well so everyone had a great time! Both tour guides were so lovely and friendly. Honestly cannot rate this trip high enough!Written 9 June 2022
- madeleinec7210 contributionsMust do this kayak tour !This was one of the best experiences ever, filip was amazing and the day was fun from start to finish. - Lilymk10 contributionsOur favourite thing to do in zadarThe guys who run this kayak tour are THE BEST. We had an amazing time we were a bit hungover so Sven looked after us didn't make it too strenuous, had a break halfway for a coffee stop and a swim. Really made our holiday thankyou so muchWritten 28 May 2022
- KingSteez0 contributionsTop tier Experience! An unbelievable experience. Me and two friends had an amazing day kayaking at Dogi Otok. Host was very Funny, interesting and helpful. It’s the perfect day, even if you are new to Kayaking like myself. Would recommend this to everyone, it’s well worth it. Our only regret was not doing the full day tour! A must do for anyone In Zadar or surrounding Islands!Written 23 May 2022
- anchi20180 contributionsExcellent organisation with excellent companyWe had a wonderful day exploring the famous sea cave on Dugi otok, the nearby coastline, and wonderful beaches. Although the weather was not perfect that day, Filip made good planning, taking into account group wishes, so we absolutely enjoyed the whole trip. Good and relaxed vibes, good energy, safety, and excellent equilibrium of chilling and adventure (...you can jump off sea cliffs). Recommended to anyone who wants to explore Dugi otok in a good, relaxed and knowledgeable company. Thanks Filip for excellent trip!Written 20 May 2022

Kayaking tour with Filip and Zoki was the best part of our stay on Long Island(Dugi Otok). We were expecting just a few hours of kayaking but in the end, we got a full adventure; from a kayak competition with the icecream as a price, free beers in the cave, jumping from the cliffs (not obligatory of course), diving around the old sunken ship to playing Croatian traditional beach game Picigin on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia. I would say- this is definitely MUST DO if you go in Zadar or you stay on the Long Island. Important to mention is that the tour is not too exhausting (lots of breaks) and even if you dont do sports very often, you will be able to do it. Tour guides make sure to adjust the tempo for the whole group. All you need is the suncream and swimming suit (food is organized in the restaurant on the beach). Thanks, Filip and Zoki for an unforgettable experience. We will be back next year

Wow! This was amazing! We, being - me and my boyfriend age 46 my daughter age 12 all decided this trip looked like a perfect one for us, so we booked it via tip advisor and received all the info necessary via email from Filip, he was very helpful and the service was perfect.
We followed the directions on the email which were straight forward and received tickets for the ferry via email. (Top Tip! On the day of our trip I made a packed lunch which included a frozen bottle of drink that helped to keep everything cool!)
We met Filip at the Ferry port and he introduced us to our guide Zoki who turned out to be one of the best guides ever! He was very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble.
The kayaking was super and we felt safe and it was much easier than I expected.
Our only regret is that we didn’t book to stay on Dugi Otok and book more adventures with them, but we do plan to go back to Croatia and we will defo book up more adventure with Filip and the team.
Thank you guys see you again soon.

I went with my sister and husband and we had a blast. Zoki was our tour guide and he was down to earth and funny. The weather was tricky all day because of pending thunderstorms in the area so we were not able to see the shipwreck but it was well worth the money anyway. They even reached out the day before letting us know the forecast and giving us an option to cancel if we wanted, but we still went. (They did give us a discount after the fact though - even without us asking).
The cave was beautiful, but a bit crowded with other tours which can't be helped. But it was still beautiful - and they shared some beer with us.
I was a bit scared to do the cliff jumping, but if you have it in you to push past, I recommend going for it. It was such a thrill and I am sure I would have regretted not doing it.
Everyone played a ballgame in the water at one of the beaches and I loved getting to know the other people on the tour.
Lunch was relaxing. We packed our own but there is a restaurant to purchase food or coffee.
Because of the weather we had to cut short the second kayaking leg, but we still got to see an old submarine dock.
We ended the day having a beer at a small place on a private beach before getting the ferry back.
The crew were extremely respectful of the nature and preserving what the island has to offer.
Overall not a bad way to spend the day!

What do I say other than I had the best time of my life Kayaking in the sea of the beautiful islands of Dugi Otok. Not only are the islands absolutely stunning, but the tour guides are so amazing and supportive! My sister and I went together and we didn't have much kayaking experience, but Filip made us feel so comfortable and ensured that we were safe.
All the reviews by everyone were so positive and i can now see why. Thank you so much Filip and team for making this experience amazing.. and thanks Filip for being so humble and an uplifting person! My sister and I are hoping to be back to croatia soon, and the first stop we will be making is to you to Kayak! I highly absolutely 100% recommend this trip, its a once in a life time experience, seeing the amazing caves, and shipwreck, and the opportunity to jump of cliffs, and just being surrounded by the Adriatic Sea, is enough to make you mesmerised.
Tank you once again for an adventure of a life time!

My girlfriend and I had a great time on the kayak tour. Our guide was very friendly, had great stories to tell and we felt well taken care of the entire day. The kayaking itself was very fun, not too exhausting even with minimal to no kayak experience. Everything worked on time like clockwork. The first halt of the trip was spent with the half day tour group while we went to the cave. After that the group split for lunch. The food in the restaurant was great, with fair prices. The second part of the tour had to be slightly restructured, since the weather conditions with strong winds made it a little to dangerous to go near the shipwreck, but instead our guide had a perfectly adequate alternative planned out, where we went to a smaller group of islands on the east coast of Dugi Otok, more secluded and safe from the wind and waves. We ended our tour by driving to the west coast to watch a beautiful sunset on a rocky beach. We had a blast and can only recommend this tour!

To say the trip was great is understatement. Everything was perfect. We have received clear directions how to get to the meeting point. Zoki, our guide was waiting for us and took us to the beach entertaining us with stories about island. We have kayaked to the cave and the shipwreck and did some snorkeling. We have seen lots of different fish and sea urchins. Weather was perfect with overcast and no wind. Sea was calm and felt like a lake. Kayaks were very stable and rowing wasn't hard. We felt safe and well looked after. Views are to die for! People are very friendly. We have had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice and reasonably priced (we expected little shack but it's far from it) signal on the island isn't great which kept us away from our phones and let us enjoy our time together. It also resulted in me losing my phone at the campsite 🙈 luckily it's been found and returned to me few days after with ferry crew. I cannot thank them enough. Those guys did their absolute best to keep us safe and entertained. One of the best excursions I have experienced. Worth every penny!

The transfer to the meeting point was really easy and the instructions were clear.
Our guides Filip and zoki had some really good vibes and it was clear from the start that we'll have a awesome day.
We were a group out of 9, some very fit and some not fit at all. We could all follow and the guides helped us to have a great time.
We started with a tour into a cave and some cliff jumping to warm up :D
Out of the cave we raced the kayaks with a little twist and after that we tranferd to the northern part. We had lunch at a nice restaurant and headed to a sunken ship, after a snorkeling session at the shipwreck we paddled back and headed south. From. There it went backcto Zadar.

I booked the full day tour for myself and my boyfriend and we had a lovely time. We did unfortunately have half of the day cancelled because of rough seas however we were still able to do the majority of the morning portion.
The instructors were very kind and explained everything very well for all of us and we were able to pick it up easily despite none of the group ever having kayaked before.
We ventured out and were not able to go through the caves as the waves were too high and the risk was too great for which our instructor was apologetic however it is always better to be safe than to risk things in these situations, something we were aware of going into the tour as weather and the ocean can be very unpredictable and the winds were continuously picking up.
We did go to the small bay area which has no road access and it was beautiful. The waters were completely clear and snorkeling goggles were available for our use which allowed us to more easily look at the many fish in the area.
We brought water shoes with us which we wore for the majority of the trip and were comfortable in the kayak as well as when walking on the rocky shores which I recommend for anybody considering this trip or travelling to the area generally.
After kayaking back over the huge waves, an alternative option was suggested however, through constant communication between instructors, it was determined too risky and so the rest of the day was spent on Sakarun beach where the instructors played a traditional Croatian beach game which got everybody involved.
We then got an earlier ferry back over to the starting point rather than the catamaran to old town. However, I believe some people did get a lift to be able to use that service.
A €40 (£33) partial refund was also provided and the instructors were very forthcoming and great at communicating about the day and options. An option to spend the Friday redoing the activity free of charge was also offered as 2 spaces were available however that was the day of our departure and we could not make it although I will definitely try and rebook in future if I return as it was still an amazing experience regardless of the changes.

The morning on the day before the tour would have taken place, the organiser contacted us that because of the weather forecast, kayaking on the next day would be too dangerous.
We asked for a new date which was easily handled. Unfortunately, the strong winds kept up for our full stay in croatia. So, as agreed, the operator initialized a full refund, which we received a few days later.
It's sad that the weather interfered with our plans, but the operator handled it very openly, kindly and professionally. So we are looking forward to trying our luck again next year.

Hi I am visiting Zadar in September and I wanted to book this trip. It doesn't seem to allow booking for one person, can you only book this as two or more ?
Written 3 July 2022
I would imagine they allow single bookings maybe it's too far in advance or, when it is out of main season they only do booking on Sundays this could be why. I'd email them they will be helpful
