We had the best experience ever with Bliss Adventure for their customer care service. We were in Pyha in October, which is really off season for Lapland and mainly for this area, and fortunately among the many mails I have sent to rentals (bike - e-bikes etc) Bliss Adventure - Mikael - kindly answered and although they are closed, they opened on request and rented the bikes (e-fat bikes) for us. Artturi was the one coming to open the shop and he has been a total plus with us giving plenty of information first on how to use at the best the bikes, which seems standard practice, but the only other time we rented e-bikes we hadn't such a good training, and then by giving us plenty of info on places where to go and visit and what we could find open in the area in this season. Not last, he was always available to give us tips with information's and once we had a problem with the bike he was available to change the bike with another one. I can't express how happy we are with Bliss adventure service, their greatly performing e-bikes and we definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and brand new eBikes. I warmly recommend Artturi’s experienced service. Beautifull landscapes betwern Luosto- and Pyhätinturi, readily reachable with eBikes. Worth trying even if unexperienced biker🍁👍

We had a great time and experience with e-bikes. The bikes were perfect and the service was excellent and friendly. The autumn colors were beautiful and routes were suitable for riding.

My girlfriend and I rented electric fat bikes for our first time and had an absolute blast. The staff were extremely accommodating with our schedule and skill level. Artu gave us excellent advice on where to go with our time and gave detailed directions that saved us from getting lost. He also gave us an awesome lesson on how to use the bikes properly so we could feel comfortable, safe and make the most of the experience. The bikes were also excellent. Before this trip, we just planned to try it out since we wanted to enjoy the outdoors and do something new, but we will absolutely be coming back to enjoy Pyhä and Bliss Adventure’s fat bikes again. During our trip to Finland we booked this activity with Bliss through our travel organization. A beautiful ride! At home I have experience with mountainbiking. But a MTB ride on a farbike in the snow in Finland? That's unique!

In january 2024 during our trip in Finland we booked this activity of Bliss through our travel organization. A fantastic experience! For me in my sixties, downhilling is a challenge, for my twenty-year-old sons it's just fun. And fun it was! You have to be able to take some beating, have courage and some experience with mountain biking. Arthur the guide was really great, relaxed and gave good instructions. 

Our guide was excellent and had lot of knowledge to share with us. We had a great expérience in the lapin forest of Luosto. We enjoyed it a lot ! We recommend 100% this expérience.

We had a wonderful electric fat bike tour through the snowy national park with Tiina as our guide. She was wonderful with my son, (especially when he inevitably wiped out). It was a beautiful place. We enjoyed the scenery and the exercise. We had never biked in the snow, which was also a special experience. I would highly recommend. Bonus to the tour, we met the beautiful rescue pup, Nika, who accompanied us on our ride back to our hotel.

Inessa and Antonin were brilliant!!!! Love it every bit! The instructions were simple and effective. Safety was well ensured. Very warm! Memorable!

We had opportunity to climb plenty! And we got good tips on how to improve from the very nice staff :) Gearing up was done quickly and easily!

Our guide was Antonin, he was very knowledgeable, encouraging and easy to get on with. We got lucky and had a private tour as no one else was booked onto the same booking. Antonin gave us guidance and continued to help develop our technique with each climb and gave us challenges to help improve whilst we were on the wall. Whether you have climbed before or not we recommend the tour and the company, the day couldn’t have ran smoother and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Don’t worry about being too cold if you choose to do the tour in March, the weather was fine and there’s a fire and the company also bring extra jackets in case it’s too cold for you. All in all the day was worth the money and we had a fantastic time, the accomplishment of reaching the top of the wall never fades!

Ice climbing was fun. But Art (Arthur) made the experience feel sublime beyond the activity itself. His sensitive and delicate approach towards nature, ice, and climbing is admirable and contagious. He's super considerate and with you every step of the way + went above and beyond. Would repeat any other activity with Art.

Astonishingly unique activity. Art, the tour guide and climbing professor, is a legend. I would 200% recommend this activity to anyone traveling to Rovaniemi. Totally worth it.

We had an amazing time on the half day adventure! We got to do two ice climbs each (we were in a group of three which is the Max number per guide). The first climb was a steep learning curve, but the second felt much easier! We also had some great instructions as we were climbing from our guide! Even though it went for about 3.5hrs, we were a bit short on time (with two people I think this would be less of an issue). Overall we have a fantastic time and really enjoyed this new experience (the adrenalin is still wearing off!). Highly recommend! And our guide Inessa was great!

We just finished a phenomenal experience climbing the ice wall with Inessa and Karina. I went with my 14 year old daughter and 7 year old son. Our guides were extremely professional and patient with us. I was a bit hesitant for safety especially with my 7 year old. But nothing to worry about, you are in great hands. All three of us climbed, and we even had opportunity to do a second climb. They gave us a great sense of confidence even though it was our first time. They brought hot berry juice as well as asnack for my son. We went over schedule with extra time and it was no issue and they were very accommodating. As a side note, we also booked and paid for my husband and son. My son injured his wrist snowboarding the day before, they gave us a full refund without any issue. Really appreciated the whole experience both business wise and experience wise. Your family wont forget the experience. Thank you Karina and Inessa.
