      Great fun
Great to do, the cable car bounces when it gets to the really steep parts which was a bit eerie. Fantastic views from the top

      Terrible service
We booked and paid for the trip , waited at our hotel for pick up but non one turned up. We called the tour operator who said he wasn't doing the tour because not enough booked. No apology, did not let us know just did not bother,. Never use them again.

Thanks to Amazing Borneo, Ms. Joey Yong for helping me to book this trip. She was very helpful all the time. The trip was from 23rd to 25th December 2024. It was amazing. I love it!!!

      No idea never happened
Booked and paid for the tour but the operator cancelled two days before and could not reschedule until next year! Why offer a tour if you will not operate it if numbers are low.

      Amazing caves
Allan was an excellent guide very knowledgeable and patient, pointing out interesting plants/ snake/ ant nests on the trees and insecst on the way through the jungle. Unfortunately we were unable to reach the painted cave as I am a slow walker, but thugh disappointed with that as that was the reason I chose this tour, The caves we saw (Trader's, Great & Moon, which was so bright that I thought there were lights!) were amazing & I was happy enough with the day. And very tired after the long walk!

It was very interesting & wonderous!
Alain was a fantastic guide: immenslely knowledgable, pointing out interesting plants etc, on the way, answering all questions (always aware that someone wanted to ask), and patient. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the painted cave as I walk slowly, but I tried and was happy with the tour. I would recommend both it & more especially Alain, despite the long hike (I have an arthritic knee on one side and an unstable ankle on the other, so it was a bit difficult for me!)

      A great outing
A good outing, nice walk under the canopy of natural forest cover. Wild flora and running stream, good ambience, as we walk up to the caves. Huge and majestic caves and eye opener to see how birdnests are harvested. A good experience walking in the dark on stairs with torch light. Best to engage a guide for better graps of the historical and present livelihoods of the peopke depending on the caves and ssfe moving around in tge caves.

Fantastic caves and rainforest expérience, a longer walk than I was aware of from the advertisement
The guide was outstanding and very informative with a sense of humour. An easy trail to follow and magnificent views. The caves were enormous.

      Wonderfull time in Georgetown
We had a very nice guided-tour with Francis, who was our guide during our holidays in Malaysia. He could tell us a lot about the cultural and historical background of the city. He was very understanding towards our kids.

      A great outing
The trip to Niah National Park and Niah Caves yesterday (13 July) was rewarding. The enlightening and educational commentaries by Allan as we walked up to the caves meaningful and enjoyable. The forest, flora, butterflies and streams aling the way up got us engulfed with nature. The majestic caves, walking in the dark and seeing the way of harvesting birdnests were eye openers. A great outing it was, touching base with natural surrounding and seeing livelihoods of the local people.

A memorable day in Niah Caves
It was truly an amazing experience in the limestone caves and the trek through the rainforest. Our guide, Allen Ting, was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He demonstrated it in detailed explanations about the vast variety flora and fauna. He was very patient and paced our trek to suit our ability.

      Our few days in KL
We've spent the last two days with Tour51 with our guide and driver Major Ton. He was a great character and his experience and local knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, surrounding regions and local customs was simply fantastic. Strong highlights for us were the Petronas twin towers, visiting the Batik manufacturing factory, National museum, War memorial and the Royal Selengor Pewter factory tour. We fully recommend this company who were a complete pleasure to use during our visit. Awesome.

      272 steps and counting
Walked up the 272 steps to the golden statue of Lord Murugan. Little monkeys playing around on the steps. Beautiful and spiritual inside. Well worth the steps. Take plenty of water. Amazing views.

      Goosebumps!
Face the climb or the other side, the view is not for the faint-hearted, but neither is it that you can experience elsewhere - so enjoy the moment, many have lived to tell the tale. The ride up and down are thrilling and just pray that your luck holds where you get to walk in the clouds as well as get them to move away so that you have unparalleled views.

I escorted two clients and a student after a month in the jungle elsewhere. Tabin is higher end tourism and you pay for the experience. The lodge is really nice and the rooms private A frames on the river. Gibbons can be seen near the camp, a rarity elsewhere. The guides are really knowledgable locals and so friendly they became real friends. The night drives and hikes are really wild.
You drive an hour through the ever present Oil Palm plantations; a boon and a bane for locals and for wildlife. These vast tracts of monoculture make large reserves like Tabin critical for protecting endangered birds, mammals and other wildlife. Because of the proximity to the oil palm, the animals come in and out to feast. We saw leopard cats, 6 species of hornbills (!!!), three spp of civet cats and macaques and silverleaf monkeys. The birding is great, and the walks not too strenuous even to the mud volcano where we saw a montjac. The jeeps take the less able to great viewing locations. When we were there the lodge was about half full so very peaceful. In all, it really is like going on safari in SE Asia.
