100% recommend this tour! originally I booked a join-in tour, due to the covid situation, I was the only one who booked the tour, it turned into a private tour which was good, I felt like a vip lol

I loved and appreciated how flexible and understanding the company and the tour guide(Mr. Bunny) were, they were very considerate. Basically I double booked two tours from different companies but with same itinerary, I wasn’t aware until the day before. Once Mr. Bunny acknowledged it, he immediately offered to change itinerary for me, so I could visit different temples. He was responsible as well, right after he made the suggestion, he communicated with the company, and the company agreed without extra fee. Because of him, I was able to see different amazing temples, my favorite one is neak pean! Also, I appreciated Bunny had rich knowledge not just about the Angkor, but also the history of Cambodia. He was a friendly guide, we chatted like real friend which made me comfortable and happy.

One more reason I am highly recommending this tour is because how excellent the hospitality they had. Bunny was kind hearted and extremely helpful. I was having trouble about my flight ticket refund from a local airline, i casually told him about the situation, he immediately offered me his personal help. He was so kind also his wife, they really were lovely and very genuine people. At the same day, because of his help, I finally got my refund after weeks communicating with the airline. After the tour, he and his wife came all the way back to the hotel to give me back the money. I couldn’t thank him enough, extremely grateful to meet them on this tour.

I was amazed about the hospitality of them. I had a really lovely day with them, I booked another tour with them after, also the price was reasonable, they had quick response for your booking, well follow up with emails!

The entire experience was hassle-free. I booked the tour via Klook and the tour car was prompt at the hotel. Our guide for this day was Kim who was very fluent in English and gave us a simple but good understanding of the history of the entire Angkor Wat complex. Our tour included kids and he was very accommodating and patient. He also encouraged us to rest when he saw the kids becoming impatient. He was also kind enough to adjust our itinerary to include a little bit of shopping and not just the temple tour. He also drove us to the circus for us to have dinner and be early to catch the good seats. I’d love to go and book a tour with them again and I highly recommend it specially for those traveling as a group. P.S. He was also very talented at taking photos and even recommends some pose and angles. We had the tour in small groups which means, we had all the attention needed. Also, he was very accommodating in answering questions even from people who are just listening during the tour. He also does not waste data/memory by taking unnecessary shots. Visiting the many temples of Angkor can be really tiring if you have a tour guide whom it's difficult to follow and who's English is hard to understand. Not so with Mr. Cherry: we booked the big and the small temple tour with him: two full and long days but he managed to bring us the history of Angkor and all the temples we visited close to our minds with his vibrant and interesting way of bringing us the history closer. His English is good and easy to understand, he gave us all the time we needed to explore each temple, took many great pics of us and also showed and explained to us the hidden and often small 'gems' and highlights of several temples. He is profound, vivid and even funny at times so that we never got bored. We can highly recommend both of the tour and the tour operator but it's definitely Mr. Cherry who made the difference and made Angkor 'alive' for us through his vivid and interesting storytelling. Thank you Cherry for a job very well done!

The temples we visited were absolutely beautiful and would recommend when coming to Cambodia but the tour we took I felt took away from the experience. The price for the tour was $13 but we had to pay an additional $37 to visit the temples. Traveling from temple to temple we rode in a bus rather than a more local form of transportation that I was hoping for. We also stoped for lunch at a touristy area where the price for the food was higher than other places. When it came to our tour guide he was really nice and tried very hard to be helpful. When explaining to our group the history he made us all stand and wait to listen while he went on and on with a bit of broken English which made it exhausting to listen and pay attention to. This made our entire group want to stop listening and just look around for ourselves.

A quick comparison of private motor vehicle tours (WITHOUT GUIDE) and our join-in mini-bus tours (WITH GUIDE) will immediately show how cost-effective our join-in tours are. USD13 really is quite cheap. Unfortunately the Angkor Park ticket cost has increased in recent years and it is now quite expensive in comparison to the tour cost. The tour operators make ZERO profit from the Angkor Park tickets. So, we cannot apologise for the ticket prices. If a local form of transport is required, then guests should book a tour, with their hotel, which includes a local form of transport. Tuk-tuks are often available from hotels. Guests could also ask their hotel about travel by bicycle, or horseback or ox-cart or elephant, although the latter options are unlikely to be available. Angkor Wat is a 'touristy' area. The restaurants at Angkor cater to tourists, so they are 'touristy' and, obviously, prices are higher than downtown Siem Reap, which is also 'touristy' but maybe less so. For non-'touristy' prices we recommend that guests visit a non-'touristy' city. Our guides are multi-lingual. Their mother-tongue is Khmer. English is their second language. Guides are happy to communicate in Khmer on request.

Spent two days with Bunny, as he took me round the Angkor temples, not only was he so lovely and bubbly that he made it an enjoyment to do, his knowledge on the history and every single
Part of the temples was incredible. I felt like I got more of an understanding that I could of imagined. I would recommend him to anyone want a great day out. He knew all the best photo places, he went out his way to make sure I had water. He is a top guy and I will be sending a lot of people travelling out that way directly too him. Thank you Bunny.

I would highly recommend to take this tour from "Siem Reap Shuttle Tour" company as we had wonderful experience visiting all the famous temples in Siem Reap such as the Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon and Bakheng Temples which are the main attractions in Cambodia. A big thumbs up to our professional tour guide "Mr. Sopheap" who did an amazing job in guiding us and explaining the rich history of the Cambodian culture. Our guide knows very well how to avoid the crowds and he made sure that we have enough time to see all the important spots of the temples.

Myself, my wife and our 3 Kids ( 15,13 and 10) did a tour of Angkor Wat,Taprohm and Bayon temples with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours.

We were collected at our hotel and we spent a full day with our tour Guide who brought us from temple to temple in an Air Conditioned Van. We stopped for lunch in a beautiful restaurant between temples and we were supplied with cold drinking water.

The temples were sensational and we had a fantastic day.

Our tour guides name was Sothea Yon. He is a super nice and friendly man and he educated us on the temples and the history of Cambodia and their people. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our day very much.

If you are considering a tour guide to take you around the temples, choose this company and ask for Sothea Yon. Highly recommended.

Ray.

I went on a tour with about 9 other people. Everyone was very nice and kind!
The tour is great, you get to see a lot of different places, but it's also very well-balanced, as you get some time to sit and relax. Our guide Touch was very fun, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and he takes the best pictures!!
They take you to the ticket boot first thing in the morning, then you get from place to place on the mini-van, where they give you a bottle of water whenever needed.
Would definitely recommend this tour to any kind of traveler and tourist :D

I really enjoyed every aspect of this full day tour. Hotel pickup was on time and the tour was kept lively and informed by our friendly and very knowledgeable your guide Dara Try. He was entertaining and made sure that each member of the small group was enjoining themselves. I would highly recommend Mr. Try was a guide. He loves his job and it shows.
