Really great experience on the JEEP sunset tour, wonderful guides Eri and Yeero. Unfortunately our jeep broke down (the orange one) but they dealt with it extremely well, got out jeep replaced, and we were not inconvenienced at all. Our driver Dewa was great and really made the travel time fly by. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Setana is a Great driver and meet me on time. Get from Batur to Tulamben safe and driver is experienced. He also knows the area really well and shared some culture in North Bali.

The driver (ajik) ans the guid (ayu) was two amazing people. Very good experience. Thank you so much. The guid was able to go where the others tourists was not. It’s perfect!!!

The trail was amazing. The tour guides were unbelievably kind and helpful! Me and my partner were picked up at our hotel and our driver took us to the trail during night. At the starting point we met our tour guide which was the best company we could find. After the trail our driver took us too the waterfalls which are also beautiful, before taking us back home for lunch time. Definitely recommend.

Our trip was amazing! Some of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen atop the mountain. Our driver Kadek was full of knowledge of the area and was great for the long drive to Ubud. We certainly couldn’t have done the hike without our amazing guide also. It’s much harder up and down the mountain than some of the reviews are saying, definitely a hike for moderate fitness levels and above.

We did a private tour for two people and loved it. Such a uniquely different and fascinating experience. The walk is short but intense. Up, up and more up! The views and steam vents on the crater rim make it very worthwhile. Our guide Ketut, was fabulous. So happy, so friendly and so kind!

We booked the sunrise trek with private guide and really enjoyed the whole experience. Vixo was our driver and was very helpful and kind when picking up and dropping us off. Ery was our guide and so sweet throughout the hike, she made sure we were comfortable and remained safe. The hike can be hard times so a good level of fitness and footwear is required. Watching the sunrise at the top was worth it, the colours were so beautiful!

Did the hike to the top of Mt Batur, and what an experience it was. Mudi our guide and driver was so informative, accommodating and kind throughout our experience! We can’t thank him enough for the wonderful hospitality, always making sure we were taken care of every step of the way! Thank you Mudi!

Agus was a great driver, getting us there on time. He was patient and very friendly. He also spent the time to get to know our names and introduce himself properly.

The views were incredible. The team was so kind and offered to take pictures for me throughout. They all made me feel very comfortable and safe :) highly recommend!

A wonderful sunrise, fantastic panorama and the trekking in some places a little tiring but with Wira's help it is possible to do the route without fear. Wira is a very helpful and cheerful person. Sail is very helpful and discreet. Wira and Samil are also great photographers.

This was another unforgettable experience in Bali! We weee afraid of waking up so early (before 2am to come from Ubud) but it was so worth it. A fantastic sunrise and view of the volcano. Our driver Ajik was great. He was careful slowing down when we were taking photos and he even stopped us at a place for coffee, teas, cocoa where we could taste the luwak coffee, before getting back to Ubud. Our guide, Wayan, was a fantastic guide, so patient with us and calm, with great information on the volcano, the area, the people.

The hike was fantastic, would say it's moderate in terms of difficulty (far trickier getting back down!). We were lucky to have a clear sky with breath taking views of the sunrise and even saw as far as Mount Rinjani in Lombok. Our guide was great, she was very accomodating and patient with us on the way down, and amazing driver who picked us up from the hotel, dropped us to the hot springs and back to the hotel. Would highly recommend!

The photos that was taken by our guide was amazing and both the driver (Putu) and our guide (Lubak) were very friendly and helpful.
