The mount Batur jeep tour has been a great experience. Sunrise from the top of the mountain is simply amazing and unique. We loved every single moment awaiting for the dawn to come. Yogi our tour guide was amazing! We had a blast going through hidden canyon, it was so peaceful and also an adventure. I can’t believe it’s not more popular. The waterfall we visited was also amazing. We really wanted to get some authentic Balinese food so instead of the temple our driver took us to a lunch spot that was great on our way back to the hotel. Would highly recommend this tour and Yogi:. Drivers in Bali are pretty aggressive and I get car sick so was a little worried for the long day and drive but I was happy he drove more calmly.

Pathetic service, they are into money making business and the owner is very bad and rude even the tour guide is not atall good have suggested us all wrong places and if we asked him we want to go to crystal beach he said dont go its too much crowd and avaid going there so overall very bad experience with them please never book them if you want to have nice experience

We went as a group of 20 and were picked up from the hotel at 6:15. We were to catch 7 am ferry for which they had not arranged tickets and we had to miss it. We were wrongly informed about the next ferry and were forced to take 8:30 ferry. Once we reached Nusa penida, the driver started communicating about the rush and that we have to hurry up. Even after not doing broken beach, we were taken to a beach next to the harbour which had black sand and no place for us to go in the water. Finally we ended our trip mid way and came back to harbour. Waiting for the drivers to drop us back to hotel after the worst tour experience. I had high hopes from people in Bali and am left thinking was it really worth coming to Bali taking a 10 hour flight where the tour operators don’t know how to communicate with the guests. Ending Bali with a bad taste and with no wish to come back anytime soon.

We're very grateful for our tour guide Komang. We went for full day private temple ritual and yoga class, where we had an unforgettable experience. Komang was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable. We felt very safe and comfortable, so we booked another day trip in Ubud with him. We totally recommend him. Thank you Komang.

I took the sunrise Mount Batur Jeep tour with Ketut Wiarnata and had a wonderful time. Pickup was prompt and the Jeep was in great shape. I was on the tour alone but had a lovely time chatting with Ketut. He talked a lot about Balinese culture and customs, which helped enrich my time there. He took some great pictures of me on the Jeep at sunrise as well. We then checked out the black sand lava fields from a recent eruption, which was interesting and good for a photo op. Would highly recommend Ketut for a tour of Mount Batur!

We had an amazing time with Komang and his family. We did the early Vulcano tour to see the sunrise. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and his English is great. The climb up the volcano is tuff. Komang was very supportive during the climb and I felt really safe in his capable hands. The view from the volcano is breathtaking and I forgot all about the early start and hike. Having breakfast and a coffee with a view is what I would do it all over for. The drive from the hotel to the Vulcano and back went smoothly. They offer different types of tours. I would definitely have booked other tours with them if time was on my hands.

AMAZING TOUR !!!! I did the tour Ijen Crater and Bromo Mountain with my guide Mr. Gusti and it was just perfect !!!! Food was good and activities were incredibles, worth it so much !!!

Fantastic and adventurous place to visit. The staff were lovely. You go into the water for about 1/2 the journey, wet shoes is definitely advisable. It took us around 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. We went in as a pair with our own tour guide. We paid 120,000 for the guide, water and towel at the end. Definitely worth it!
