They have 2 lounges on the same level , one is quite small with no restrooms inside . The other one is big with different kinds of seating , restrooms,shower facility resting rooms , but the food variety is not suitable to international passenger as the spread is basically Chinese which they need to improve .

Place to wait for flight departure. Overall, Cozy ambiance and with good facilities. However, food variety very limited as compare to other asia countries eg Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam etc.

Nothing but some food with mobile phone charger. I HOPE more and more for premium lougue. BUT QUITE DISAPPOINTMENT

Had a 3 hour wait so we went to the lounge . I believe that this one is the only one open 24/7. Our plane arrived at 5:30 so there was no other choice. Food was OK , the atmosphere and ambience is Ok . Couches are available , but hard to get as it was very busy.

I have been to both Lounges one focus more on business travel and the other regular travel, the business travel doesn’t have shower facilities and the toilets are outside of the lounge. Food and atmosphere was better there. The other lounge has showers which is a added bonus but more crowded and dirty.

Stopped here before the flight back The area is spacious and have ample of seats . Food was limited with 4 choices of noodles . Had tempura, fries 🍟, sticky rice and chicken. Food was ok but all were fresh and hot. Drinks were good from soft to wine .

I went to this around late evening. Managed to grab some foods & drinks. The beef noodle was good and the portion was small but just nice for me. There were some small bites like fries, tea eggs and salad. Overall, the place was quite nice, quiet and cozy. I quite like the honeycomb seat,single seat with charging port.

The lounge provide a simple and good enough food for a short wait before boarding, the selections for food and drink seen like being reduce in number and quality and hope they will keep up with the improvement for the variety in future.

My friend and I got food poisoning from the food provided in this lounge... Based on our awful experience, I will not be returning here again.

A lovely lounge. I greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Food (especially the tea egg) was very good.

We had an amazing experience in Plaza Premium Lounge in Taipei Taoyuan Airport. We actually had a challenge in finding the location at first, due to the airport's layout/lack of map or guide but once we were at the lounge, we were very happy. The ambiance was cosy and quiet, with enough comfy seating for a more relaxed wait for your flight. The food was also better than typical airport options and regularly replenished. There were also varied options for drinks. I really enjoyed the experience and this has inspired me to look into their other airport lounges whenever I am traveling.

One of the better and decent lounges that are for rent. Priority pass access got me in here and I was please. chairs are comfortable. Not much food but it is quiet with good wifi.
