Had a great visit Kaohsiung. The full day tour was awesome. Very knowledgeable tour guide and we saw the highlights plus had some very local food.

Super trip from Taipei down West coast to southernmost tip and then back up the East coast. Hicks was a great guide, spoke good English and didn't rush us about. All very calm and relaxed. Took us to lots of local spots and sampled local cuisine. The drive through Taroko gorge was fantastic. Highly recommended.

We had an exceptional day with Vincent. We were actually on a cruise ship, not in Taipei, so the company customized the tour for us. Vincent picked us up right at the port and took us to the places listed for this tour. We went to the geopark first and missed the crowds that were beginning to accumulate by the time we left. We saw a very busy, vibrant market, sent up a lantern for good luck, lunch at a local restaurant with a beautiful view, and much more. It was one of the best days of our month-long trip to Asia. We highly recommend this tour -- ask for Vincent!

Jackson was extremely informative and made the trip very interesting. He took us to some good places to eat, took great photos of us, and taught us about all of the amazing sights we were seeing. Overall, a great tour that we would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a full day private tour to Taipingshan National Park and Jioujhihze Hot Spring. The program was very interesting, we saw beautiful nature, walked several lovely tracks, enjoyed our time in the hot spring. We were very very satisfied with our driver/guide Alex Meng - he did a perfect job, fulfilled every wish we had, thank you very very much :) We can definitely recommend the driver, program and agency!

The trip is very fun, I am glad that it started at 8 am, not crowded at all during our visit to the water Fall. The tour guide James is very knowledgeable and considerate; and very funny. He took a few videos for me, and sent to me later via WhatsApp. That is very nice of him.

We had an amazing driver called Caleb . He drove us to a full list of the best experiences. He was so knowledgeable and easy to understand. His Lexus 300ES was so comfortable to be driven around in . Great value via Viator . Taipei is a wonderful place to explore

Vincent was great. He communicated well via text prior to our day trip and arrived on time. He was a very good driver, communicated clearly what to expect at every spot. Showed us all of the different stone heads in Yehliu geopark which was amazing. It was a windy day but still very beautiful. We took some shortcuts to avoid the long lines. He also took a lot of group pictures for us. Shifen old street is very charming and we had my favorites Taiwanese snacks there. Finally, the balloon send off in Juifen was a highlight, followed by views of the beautiful Juifen waterfalls. Given that we were in relatively decent shape, the amount of walking was perfect but in order to go see the specific sites, it would be difficult for someone who has difficulty ambulating. Vincent provided a lot of details about the sights and surrounding areas. His English is excellent. Highly recommend an absolutely amazing day in beautiful northern Taiwan, including both the coast and high mountains.

We had an exceptional experience with Jackson. Having the private tour meant we could be a little bit flexible which worked so well as the weather was patchy. Jackson is extremely knowledgeable about everywhere we went including the best spots to eat and take photos. He is also a great photographer so our photos of the day are loads better than our usual ones :). We learned a lot and each destination was so interesting

Nicolas’s tour is super thoughtful and thoroughly enjoyable. He is very communicative and prompt. He has deep knowledge of the history, the food options and photo opportunities across all the places. Loved seeing the falls, sending off lanterns, eating fresh guava, ice cream, jiufen restaurant, and seeing all the cats in houtong. He has also formed good relationships with store owners in the area, which is very evident in his interactions and no wait. He even has restaurant and tea recommendations that we got to enjoy during the rest of our stay. We left from taipei at 9am, but recommend starting even earlier to minimize the crowds. Thanks for an amazing tour!

He took us to all the must-see spots in Yehliu, Jiufen, and Shifen, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He helped us take lots of pictures, introduced us to delicious local cuisine, and gave us great tips for the rest of our trip. Nicholas was always prompt with his communication and made sure we felt safe. Thanks to his local insights, we were able to avoid the heavy foot traffic and truly enjoy the sites. Highly recommend Nicholas to anyone visiting Taipei – his tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
