This was such a great tour. We were looking at DIY options with public transportation and thank goodness we just plunked down the $30 to get this fantastic guided experience with Cindy. She is funny and knowledgeable and gave us great information about the area on the bus rides to the village of Shifen, the waterfalls, and the old city of Jiufen. I was really happy to have someone prepare us for the craziness and the crowds. WORTH EVERY PENNY

An easy and relax way to visit Yehliu & Jiufen & Shifen. The guide was very good and shared a lot of interesting facts. Only comment we have is that due to the number of sites to visit the amount time spend per site is limited.

We went for a day tour covering Yehliu Geopark, Shifen and Jiufen. Every stop is well coordinated by Sophie Wu. Our group is big and Sophie handled it very well ensuring we reached our destination timely. Besides she explained the shops at Jiufen and we end up buying the tea and other food stuff. Thank you Sophie Wu for a job well done.

Vincent Lee, our tour guide, was exemplary! We really appreciated his knowledge, recommendations, enthusiasm, kindness, and thoughtfulness. His photography skills are great too. Cannot recommend him or this tour enough, especially as a first time visitor who wants to be as efficient as possible in visiting some of the highlights of northern Taiwan.

Amazing tour with well experienced travel guide, Sophie Wu who explained details of Nature Taiwan 🇹🇼 and lots of information about the good stuff which foreigners must try in Taiwan such as tea, fruits and rice. We took a lot of photos at Yehliu GeoPark with Queen’s Head, etc. We tasted good tea at Jiufen Old Street and bought many tea bags. We also tried yummy pineapple pie and bought a lot of them as souvenirs. She clearly explained what we needed to do and didn’t to do and took good care of everyone. She was polite and kind to everyone.

Stephen made our trip very easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend him for your tour guide if you visit Taipei.

The Tour was amazing, Sophie did a very good job in facilitating the tour, she is very imformative, caring and polite. Over all this tour is a must do in Taiwan. You get your money's worth and more! The whole tour exceeded our expectations. Will definitely recomend.

It was my wife’s birthday and her first time in Taiwan. We had a great time with our guide, Sophie, yesterday. She was very prompt in picking us up at the agreed schedule. The ride in the private car was very comfortable as well. We were able to go to 3 places (the Geopark, Jiufen village and the sky lantern place). We had fun and enjoyed our time at these locations. We spent much more time in these 3 places that we just decided to skip the trip to the waterfall which was no big deal for us because I had been there before and it’s just a small waterfall and not really that impressive. Instead, we had a leisurely pace and took our time in Jiufen Village where we had a very good lunch. Sophie was very friendly and gives a lot of information about the places being visited (as well as general information about Taiwan).

Alvin was our driver and guide. He contacted us before hand and asked what time we wanted to go. I responded 9 am. Alvin met us punctually in our hotel lobby with a sign bearing our name. We visited YehLiu Geopark, Shifen waterfall, and Juifen Old street. There was about a 40 minute drive between each location. In retrospect I would have started the tour later in the day, around noon because Juifen has a lantern release in the evenings and it would have been much cooler to visit there at night. Also, Alvin did not tour the areas with us. He gave us a description and took us to the entrance and allowed us to explore the areas on our own. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Did a full day tour with Stephen from taipei. Everything was great. He was informative and prompt. Left at 9 - found us coffee on the way - and retuned by five. Recommend.

Stephen provided a great experience for my family, helpfully reorganizing the itinerary to avoid the holiday rush. Would recommend this private tour so you are more in control of the time spent at each stop.

Near to Leofoo Resort. There is a tram ride where will bring you round the safari portion of this village. There are also some rides suitable for teenagers and above. Overall average place to visit.
