Mayumi was our guide and she was wonderful! Easy to work with, contacted me well in advance, was knowledgable without being overwhelming and put together a great program. I was especially thankful for the particular care she showed my parents, who are well in their 70s, in adjusting to their limitations such as negotiating with the museum staff to let them use the elevator so they didn’t have to navigate difficult stairs while still being able to enjoy the museum. Mayumi also took us to parts of Osaka that we would never have found on our own but are so happy that we did!

This was a well guided tour and the fascinating places for me were the Osaka Castle Museum and the Kuromon Market, where I bought some souvenirs. The tour guide took us for an awesome tasty Ramen lunch, which I relished. This is a perfect tour to see both the modern and traditional sides of this colorful, dynamic metropolis.
