Our guide Albert was excellent! He took us to multiple different sites, some we were aware of and some we were not; and we learned many interesting things throughout the day. It was a fantastic day!

The tour was fun, I learnt so much and really enjoyed my guide Eduardo. He was caring and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the 2 hour tour.i highly recommend Eduardo.

Francine spoke great English and was friendly and so easy to ask information, she also told us which train to take on our return trip

Our guide wasn’t a native but spoke the language effortlessly and helped us find dinner after our tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and his enthusiasm over the subject matter was infectious. Great time!

This was the first day of our Japan trip. We were lucky enough (not lucky 😁) to have a lot of wind and rain! Arnaud was our tour guide and he did a great job under the circumstances; he was very knowledgeable and he made the tour so much fun! Here are a few things we were able to see: Marunouchi Square, Imperial Palace, Asakusa Observation Deck, and Senso-ji Temple. Arnaud went above and beyond helping us secure taxi’s in the rainy, windy weather. We would have been lost without him (literally). We definitely recommend this tour and Arnaud!

Wow, we had the perfect 4 hr tour with Qianyu (Ian) In Kyoto. Ian’s guiding was excellent . The places he took us were incredible and his knowledge, style, pace and humour was perfect. We discovered shrines, temples and hidden gems during the visit that were simply priceless. The recommendations he also made for our family for the rest of the trip was also really helpful. A great tour that anyone visiting Kyoto for the first time should book. Thanks Ian.

We couldn’t say enough good things about Ian and our time together. He was truly so wonderful to be around it felt like we knew him for years. It was like we met up with a friend to show us around Kyoto. He’s a gem of a human and anyone would be lucky to spend their afternoon with him. We were able to cater the tour based off of what we wanted to see. Ian met us at the train station and off we went. Ian was so knowledgeable and stopped to explain things along the way. Halfway through he took us to a French pastry cafe (where he frequents regularly) and enjoyed coffee and pastries before heading to our next stop. Please book this tour. Our guide Ian (Quianyu) created a great tour of Kyoto for our family. He took into account our interests and group needs as one of my family members has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair. He took care to spend time with all of us (6 people) and get to know us on the tour. He even took special care with my mother and spent time with her when she was tired and sitting in the wheelchair. We so appreciated his expertise, time, and attention as we wandered around Kyoto. Thank you Ian!

We had a great day in Kyoto with Qianyu. He is knowledgeable, delicate, easy to be around and his english is very good. He adjusted the tour to our needs, our two children liked it as well and didn’t get bored. It rained in the evening so we changed plans last minute and went to Kyoto Tower which was great. Finally Qianyu recommended absolutely delicious ramen for us to finish the day.

Our guide was polite and friendly. She was very helpful. It was light snd good fun with her. She tried her best to show us the cherry blossoms but it was just not our lucky day !
