Kusadasi and Selcuk to Pamukkale
This one day full tour will take the hassle out of all the public buses you would have to get in order to see the Cotton Cliffs of Turkey - Pamukkale. You will be collected from your accommodation in Selcuk or Kusadasi and taken onto Pamukkale. On arrival at Pamukkale you will be served a delicious lunch before starting the tour.
Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour
Pamukkale gives the appearance of a frozen white waterfall coming down the mountain. This area has water that is very rich in minerals that over thousands of years have deposited themselves to form the white cascading travertines. Today you will be taken for a walk along the white cliffs and given a full history by your local guide. You will also be given free time to wander through the shallow pools yourselves, get that magical shot.
Nearby Pamukkale is the Ancient City of Hierapolis. This City was built by the Romans thousands of years ago as a spa retreat and a place for people to come to heal their ailments in the highly rich mineral water. The Romans would come to spend time here in the baths and over the years many have found Hierapolis as their final resting place as you will see with the many grave types found here. The ruins now house an impressive amphitheatre, said to the steepest in the ancient world as well as temples and the impressive Necropolis.
Pamukkale to Fethiye
5:00 pm - You will be dropped at Denizli public bus station and put on the local bus to Fethiye (Public Bus)
10:00 pm - Arrive in Fethiye at the main bus station.
