This was such a great, relaxing and personalized tour. Michael picked us up right from our hotel lobby and the tour immediately began. We learned so much about the island, it's culture and saw quite a bit of the main sites. The tour was just the right length, we saw much for the car, and when there was time to see more, we got out and dived deeper into this islands heritage. Thank you Michael for a great half day tour, thank you for sharing your knowledge, for the drinks, the mango and pineapple and your time during this tour. I appreciated doing this early in our trip as I learned more about the island what else to do while we were there. Thank you.

Unerliable , arrogant , unfriendly. We requested an itinerary to vosit specific points of interest. Everyone understands that this itineray nedds 6-7 hours . The lady called Darilyn arranged coach for 4 hours and insisted that was ok . When the driver came informed us the programmit cannot be done in so short time . We paid an extra 200 USD to keep the bus to see the places we had pai to see. The man at the airport instead of waiting us upon arrival , was speaking and joking with his coleaugues across the steet of the terminal building . WE found him! He even asked for a tip!

We had a great time. Our driver was prompt and had a wealth of knowledge about the island. He pointed out many interesting sites as we drove to and around Saint Johns. We told him we were interested in some local food and he took us to what he called the best local restaurant called Global Garden. When we got back to the hotel a number of the locals said they ate there a day or two before. Would highly recommend the trip.

Vernon was our guide and driver for the day. He was quiet, yet informative when we asked him questions. He drove us to all the designated spots listed on the tour, telling us a little about the island as we drove around. He was helpful and courteous. This tour is great for those who want a quick look at things, but needs to be longer if you want to really experience anything. No time or place to eat even a quick bite anywhere along the way. The Nelson Dock tour guide was very hard to hear and understand, making that stop picturesque but not informative.

A mixed experience. From the airport: Our flight was late arriving so we were late for our pre-arranged taxi. However on arrival at their desk National put us straight into a taxi to our hotel. Great service. To the airport. Totally different experience. Pick up was supposed to be at 4.15pm. We had phoned them as instructed to confirm timing the day before and on the day itself. 4.15 came and went but no taxi. Another of their taxis arrived for another pick-up who rang the driver and gave us a new time of 4.30. This came and went. No taxi. The hotel phoned them and were told.he would be with us "shortly". Whatever that meant. Another taxi driver arrived from another company and told us national were close to letting us down. 4 45 still no taxi. Are we going to catch our plane?? Finally 4.50 he turned up. Their excuse was that they did not have enough drivers when they were busy.

Awful experience I would not recommend..the snorkel is dreadful, fish only appear when the snorkel guide is polluting the water with yesterdays left over lunch! Don't waste your money

This review may seem a bit harsh but the important thing is it's completely accurate. About the only thing truthful about the description of this tour is the length...3.5 hours. The description says you visit three sites...Betty's Hope, Devil's Bridge and Shirley Heights.....we visited only one of these, Devil's Bridge. This was a huge disappointment as we really wanted to see Shirley Heights! Of the 3.5 hours, approximately 3 hours of this was spent riding in the vehicle....I understand that it may take some time to get to places but this is not my idea of a worthwhile experience. Michael was a friendly tour guide and he did pick us up at our hotel on time. During our lengthy ride he tells you things about the flora and fauna that you will see and about the island's history and culture....some of this was interesting and some not so much. During our drive our tour guide did offer us something to drink which we declined and some fresh pineapple which we did enjoy but eating it from a plastic container while riding in the vehicle seemed a little weak to me. Why not establish some kind of relationship with one of the many fruit stands you see along the way....stop there for a few minutes for a fruit snack and maybe even some rum punch and have some interaction with the local people. That would be a lot more memorable experience. My other suggestions for improvement would be to rewrite the tour description to ensure its accuracy and to be honest you should refund me for one adult fare because what we received for almost $200 was extremely disappointing! We were the only people on this tour so I felt somewhat obligated to tip Michael but it wasn't justified.

My wife and I were on the Round Island Tour on January 22 with Michael as our driver and guide. We saw all the sites scheduled (Devil's Bridge, Shirley Heights and English Harbour) plus a lot more! As we took the South West drive back to St. John's we went through a number of small towns and beach areas, Michael gave us a history of each area and stopped several times to show us interesting plants and buildings. Michael has an extensive knowledge and a clear pride about his country. Very worthwhile tour - thanks! Dave and Karen

Benjamin was a joy to tour with. You could tell he was passionate about showing off his home island. He tailored our tour to our interests and showed us highlights as well as hidden gems all over the island. A very comprehensive tour. He had plenty of snacks and drinks for us and even helped us find a rare Wadadli beer. Benjamin helped us understand and appreciate Antigua much better. We got more than our money’s worth. Highly recommend.

I have to say that I have been snorkeling before and this visit to cades reef was not what I was expected. The staff was incredibly rude, telling my husband they were going to "Kick his ass" due to a flipper change. I'm sorry but that is YOUR JOB. This is highly inappropriate and unacceptable. There were no instructions as to someone who would have been a first-time snorkeler. The water was quite rugged, even for someone whose and avid swimmer. Please be aware if you are bringing someone who cannot swim well or is new to snorkeling, there are high coral reef, and you are left to the trenches. I would not recommend this to a lot of people unless you are highly adventurous and can hold our own.

My mum and I did this tour with Cyril, our tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed it. He assisted my mum who had mobility issues. He provided information about Antigua and we had a lively conversation. He was courteous, kind and assisted us in the purchase of an Antigua gold pineapple on entry to the rainforest. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide. Thanks Cyril!

The entire trip was wonderful and our guide, Big John, made it particularly interesting. It is a great way to see a lot of the island including the local flavor of different areas. Perhaps not ideal for younger kids since it can be bumpy at times.

An amazing day out from the start. Pick up was very good and helpful driver was amazing. Anyone thinking of this trip its a must with kids the stingrays was the highlight of the day. Lunch was awesome up on the hill food was amazing. Homemade rum punch is a must

Very good ride.. all the drivers were professional and car was clean. They were mini tour guide so they explained everything about the island.

Our driver, Renault Riley, was awesome! Even though it was a drizzly day on Island, he made the best of it. I highly recommend it...ask for Renault!!!
