Just ok
Our tour guides were very knowledgeable as the were both born and raised in Bermuda. But overall the cruise was just ok. Nothing very exceptional about it. The guides explained the most probable reasons for the disappearances in the Triangle and you get to see some reefs and a few fish in the windows on the bottom of the boat. We also circled the bow of a ship that had sunk with 2 other ships and they circled very close and I thought one was about to hit us. I mean, like less than 2’ away from us. It was hard to get a clear picture of anything bc the boat was speeding around in circles. I kinda thought there would be more to it given the mystery and excitement of the Bermuda Triangle but it was a few stories of the island (they were interesting). It lasted appx 90 minutes. They gave each person a free rum swizzle and each additional one was $4. They were just ok too. It’s not something I would do again if we go back to Bermuda.

Nice evening cruise/ but no taxis!
Sep 2019 • Couples
Great evening tour with these folks - would have liked to hear more Bermuda Triangle stories vs marine biology- but good either way!
As we got back at 9:30 or so- NO taxis available even from bar next door- finally arranged one after 30 min wait.
ARRANGE YOUR TRIP BACK TO YOUR HOTEL PRIOR TO GOING OVER!
But tour is great!

Bermuda Triangle Twilight Cruise
Aug 2019
My wife and I enjoyed this very informative and fun fill trip! Zoey the captain did a great job of explaining the entire area of Bermuda and answered any questions very well and Makenzie did a great job first providing us with A good rum swizzle and then pointing out all the various fish, lobsters and other fish life and reef life with the help of the glass bottom and very nice lighting. Everything about this was very good and we would both HIGHLY recommend it. Best to book yourself as cheaper than going through the cruise line trips!! Good for all ages!!

beautiful sunset
Jul 2019 • Couples
We were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes as we boarded the boat. Zoe did a wonderful job with her storytelling and the rum swizzles were delicious. The sunset was spectacular!
The reason I didn't give 5 points is the under the sea part. The young lady commentating is very knowledgable but spoke so quickly, we had a difficult time keeping up with what she was explaining. No sooner did we locate what she was talking about, the boat moved along and we didn't get a good look.
Overall, it was a pleasant night.

Save Yourself
May 2019 • Couples
I was expecting a fun- spoof tour of the Bermuda triangle and it's folklore.
After leaving the dock the tour-guide guide spent about 2 minutes talking about the history of the Bermuda triangle- and that was it.

The next discussion was about the one, very good free rum swizzle that was offered at the end of the cruise, and that any additional swizzles were available at the bargain price of $3 each.
Just before we reached a shipwreck in the triangle the pilot switched places with the tour-guide and he took over narration including a very detailed description of fish in the area. In order that the customers could see fish feeding, the pilot started doing doughnuts and figure 8's, to stir up the waters over a small area. Soon we were joined by 2 other tour boats and all three were jockeying for position to show their customers the feeding fish. This went on for about 5 uncomfortable minutes the boats occasionally coming a little too close to each other.. This all looked very careless and needlessly dangerous. The other boats then moved to another close-by area, and we looked at the fish another 10 minutes or so. I couldn't believe how irresponsible it all was. Back to the dock and not a minute too soon.
Not what I thought a Bermuda Triangle tour would be.

Great Night!
Sep 2018 • Couples
We really got a kick out of the tour guides. They were funny and informative. Ver y laid back guys, just making a living. Seeing the reef through the glass bottom was a little murky, but we did see some cool things. The shipwreck was the best and we got great photos. Overall I would recommend this tour for a fun night out.

Perfect way to end the day
Aug 2018
We enjoyed a beautiful sunset as Zoe and Jade took us out to view the coral and the shipwrecks in the Bermuda triangle. Young, fun and so knowledgeable, these cruse guides answered all our questions and entertained us with the history and lore of the Bermuda archipelago. Complementary rum swizzles rounded out the evening. I definitely recommend this outing.

Not what I signed up for
Aug 2018 • Couples
I am sorry to write this, but in the first minutes lining up to get on board, the gentleman told us "Whatever the name of the glass bottom boat tour you signed up for, this is it." It was a deflating comment right from the start.

The tour guides seemed more interested in talking about their lives in Bermuda than discussing the Bermuda Triangle, which was the tour I signed up for through the recommendation of Trip Advisor.

In addition, there were too many people for us all to sit on the upper deck, and Zoe only addressed the people there. For those of us on the lower deck, we were not given an opportunity to ask questions or answer them. The only time we were addressed is when we arrived at the HMS Vixen. They told us to move over and make sure the people from the upper deck could see the glass bottom.

Obviously, we would have moved over, but it felt as though the only guests who mattered were those on the upper deck.

They are both capable boat captains and know Bermuda, but they seem bored with what they are doing and not capable of making people on both decks feel included. I certainly would have asked questions about the Bermuda triangle because I can't imagine anyone cared about whether or not they are dating.

We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and a nice evening out, and the crew members were fine, but I wish I did sign up for the other tour names he was alluding to, and maybe I would not have felt disappointed.

Great time!
Zoe and Clive are very entertaining and were able to answer any question asked and lots that weren't. Easy enjoyable trip for families. Nice way to be our on the water in the late evening. Book through trip advisor or directly through the merchant and save a ton of money instead of booking through the cruise ship!
