They cancelled one trip and rebooked us at an inconvenient time, then cancelled the second trip the day before. Very frustrating .

We did the combo shipwreck and snorkle tour in mid November 2024 (11/14/24). The air temp was in the mid 60s and the water temp 72. It was also windy. But once in the water it was ok, chilly, but still fun. We had to not go to the reef 6 miles out due to the rough water, but the alternative location had tons of fish and was sheltered. The crew was fun, very friendly, gave out local ginger beer soda (similar to ginger ale) and they made rum punch. The glass bottom was interesting too. I recommend them! Even if cold and rough they will make it work. (No pictures, I kept my phone put away). Oh, you could get out of the wind and sun on the boat we took, it was big, had an exposed upper deck and enclosed lower deck, two bathrooms, an open bow, an easy ladder and deck into the water. We booked them through Norwegian, we were on the Breakaway ship. Also, when they gathered us up on the cool and windy pier, I give them great credit for saying if you wanted to not go, you could get a full refund. We almost didn't go due to the temperature and wind, but I am glad we opted to still go. We will do them again.

We did the Bermuda Triangle Twilight Cruise with Gavin and Slim. They were phenomenal! Both were friendly and funny. They were knowledgeable about The Triangle and Bermuda. The drinks were amazing!! The music was good, the weather was nice. Highly recommend! Wish I could give 10 stars

Absolutely fantastic! Not only was the captain a delight, the rest of the crew are wonderful. And I am writing this before any rum swizzles! Super knowledgable. Easy trip. Clear instructions. Great visability. Can't wait to go back & highlyl recommending it in the meantime!

Zoey was great We went on the Bottom Peeper and they we so great about making sure we were informed and safe and the ship wreck was amazing. I got the best photos! Thanks JoAnne

Overpriced and boring. The boat was old and rickety as well. To be honest we were a little worried out there...I.would recommend the Crystal Caves, one of the catamaran tours, or take a flight in a single prop cessna over the island with Heather

Absolutely terrible experience. The woman at the desk was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. When I mentioned that the hospitality at all of the other islands that I have visited was far superior, she literally scoffed and told me that "this is how we do it in Bermuda", like she was representing the culture as proud to be nasty and rude. Skip at all costs.

One of the best fishing experiences I’ve had on open water. My family caught tons of beautiful fish and the captain and crew were friendly and informative! We had a blast and it’s a memory of a lifetime. I would absolutely recommend booking a fishing trip with the JOLLY RODGER. Afterwards, Stop down to the infamous Calico Jacks for a taste of the best fish sandwich you’ll have on the island!

Gavy and Jessie were excellent! They are knowledgeable so we learned a lot, and they have a great sense of humor so we had a lot of fun.

Had a great time on this adventure, Gavin, Lonnie and Osiris were great hosts, informative and helpful. Coral was healthy, colorful fish water was clear and beautiful. The vibe was great with music, drinks and beautiful views family. Oriented. Able to dive off the boat at certain points.

We had Gabby and Jesse on this tour. They were pretty funny yet informative. We enjoyed them! The site of the HMS Vixen was pretty cool!! The coral was not bright and colorful like the Caribbean, but they say that is normal there. There were plenty of fish in the area. The shipwreck was neat to see as well.

Wonderful crew. Great snorkeling, lots of fish x jellyfish, and ship ruins. They gave a great review of bermuda history on the fine out to sea too.

We loved this excursion! From Gabby’s and Ryan’s humor to them helping with a bit of first aid for my husband’s cut hand, and of course the yummy rum swizzle on the return trip. It was the perfect end to our first day in Bermuda!

The snorkeling itself was so much fun. Lots to see including two wrecks and a ton of fish swimming right up to you. The crew was very entertaining and friendly and were very attentive to everyone while in the water. Safety was very important to them. The kept the fun going during the ride back to the dock. Definitely would book again.
