We used the transportation service on several occasions, including a day trip to Puerto Plata and a transfer to the airport. Each time, our communication with the company was conducted in English via WhatsApp with Stephanie, who was very polite and helpful, as were the drivers. We have no complaints and would definitely use this transportation company again. Highly recommended!

We were met at the airport just as we came out the door. We had 4 adults in our party with lots of luggage. We were taken right to Garden Condos and the driver even helped us get all the luggage right up into our own condos. The service was EXCELLENT. Actually the service was so great we arranged for pick-up 3 weeks later to get back to the airport. Once again we were so happy we did. The whole experience was amazing.

Fernando was great. He was waiting for us outside arrivals with a sign even though our flight arrived early, with the requested beverages in the van. He accommodated my broken Spanish, speaking English fluently. Drive back to the airport was accomplished despite flooding in the area as he used a larger vehicle to ensure we all made it on time. I have already used this travel service again and had the same excellent experience. Thanks.

Great experience with Alvaro again. Always reliable. I’ve used Jojim Tours all over the north coast for myself and my family for the last 10+ years. This includes services from POP and STI airports and other excursions and trips from Cabarete. All drivers are courteous and safe, and Alvaro is very responsive.
