It is about a three hours bus ride to the boats and small group refers to the size of the bus not the tour. The boats (motor, catamaran, motor, motor again, catamaran and motor, there is a lot of getting on and off but the crew are great) hold close to a 100 people and the trip itself is an experience, especially the dancing on thee way back. The beach is lovely and for a day excursion from the city it is worth it.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. Pros: • We were picked up on the same day we made the booking, which was convenient. • The guy who drove the boat with us was really nice. Cons: • We booked and paid for a 4-hour trip, but it only lasted 2 hours. • We specifically paid extra for a 2-seater boat, but instead, we got a 3-seater boat, and the instructor was with us the entire time. • Although we received a refund from the platform where we booked, it was not the correct amount—we ended up paying more than what a 2-hour trip on a 3-seater boat would normally cost. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, as we did not receive what we paid for.

Visited this island many years ago. It was one of the best holidays we have had. The island, although only one hotel in it was amazing. The people are beautiful, the food was amazing the island gardens are perfect. The water was warm and the drinks flow too 😊. The only down side now is a 4 hour coach journey from the airport as they changed the airport 😡 Would recommend this island for at least one visit

This should have been the highlight of our trip and instead was my nightmare. We were given no instruction on how to operate these cars and no safety equipment/protocols. We had to rent goggles and buy bandanas. Buggies are in poor repair, exposed wires, no brakes. My son's buggy broke down and there was no help in sight since others were also broke down. I got out to help him and he did get the car going again (by touching 2 exposed wires together!) and then somehow backed over me. I had to go to hospital for stitches but convinced the rest of my family to continue with the tour. They said later that the buggy couldn't stop another time and ran into a guide buggy and popped their tire. This injury ruined the vacation. I had to go to another doctor when we got home, it's been very painful. Henry who took me to the hospital could not have been nicer (Thank you!) but the company has refused to give me a refund since the others finished the tour. Buyer Beware.

This is a fun trip! On arrival you have a safety briefing and are provided with a helmet. There is also an opportunity to purchase a bandana/face covering which believe me you need (lot of splash back plus smell of fuel) I went at a particularly rainy time so there was a lot of flooding around but to be fair that just made it all the more fun! You just need to be careful going through the deep puddles incase the water gets into the engine but I’d never any issue. What I would recommend is you wear old clothes as you will get very dirty. I had to discard my shorts & tshirt afterwards as I was pretty covered in mud! My only criticism is it feels like they try to pack way too much into the trip so you feel rushed. Obviously they want you to experience as much as possible but with the Plantation visit, cave pool and beach you didn’t get long at either. By dropping maybe one of these it would have felt less rushed. However in saying that it is well worth doing and I fully enjoyed it.

Paradise island. Fantastic nature. Very long trip with bus :( Staff was excellent👌 On the boat great party. Only Rum of alcohol drinks ✌️

The VIP catamaran was amazing, with great food and drinks. Saona Island was pure paradise. It's worth every penny. and I recommend them since I had an incredible time on this excursion.

This buggy tour was full of excitement and lots of fun. Driving through muddy trails was a fun adventure that we will not forget, we got very dirty and it was one of the most exciting moments.

This buggy tour through Punta Cana was a thrilling experience! The paths were fun to drive, and the views were stunning. Perfect for those who love excitement and adventure!

This tour was amazing! We did a lot of different things and seen so much of the countryside and the different areas that you will not see around the resort. Vasyl was the best tour guide ever, educating us on so much of the history and culture around us. The photo package was very affordable and the lunch was awesome! They made sure we were comfortable and having fun the entire time. Would definitely book them again!

My family and I had a great time. Carlos was nice and accommodating to our time restraints and tried his best to get us back in time. I would say that the 6am option was not truly available, however, this may be because there wasn’t enough passengers, so we had to join the next tour time. Our tour was a bit different and I think this was due to our time restraints. I’d also like to note that my two small children were me and my boyfriend (ages 1 and 4years old). We went horseback riding on the beach, which was nice. We visited the cigar factory and were able to get free samples to take home. When visiting the river we did not have time to go in the water, but I did not see anyone else in the water while we were there. Visiting the Dominican home was nostalgic! It reminded me of when I use to visit my paternal grandmother’s house back in St Vincent and the Grenadines as a child. It was nice seeing my daughter experiencing this and she interacted with the young girl on the land. My boyfriend and Carlos picked some mangoes from the trees and he absolutely loved it! We visited the church but mass was taking place so we couldn’t explore inside, which was fine. The only note I will give is to bring toilet tissue or wipes if you want to use the bathroom on the stop. The restaurant was cute and we had the entire place to ourselves. There was a little miscommunication when it came to the food but everything was situated and fixed. We did not have enough time to go to the market nor back to the beach for a swim, due to us having previous engagements. Another note to bare in mind is that the driving time is not included in the trip time. So depending on where your hotel is located, add an extra hour each way for driving and possible traffic just in case.

Carlos was amazing. Excellent customer service and good vibes during this excursion. They recorded a whole video and took pictures. On the way back to the hotel they let us know the amount for the videos and photos. The price was very fair and we saw the video was nice so we paid for the pictures as well assuming that in good faith they would be also be good. We unfortunately did not see or receive the professional photography taken by the photographer and she made it known that she had a camera issue and couldn’t recover the photos even though she had been taking photos the whole 4 hours we were together. They said they would go to fix the camera issue right away and then send it to us later via WhatsApp. They they proposed to take us back to the beach to re-do it in an attempt to make it up to us. Unfortunately we had other plans that day after we finished the excursion and had to leave to go back to America the next morning. Short story short the photographer was not professional and courteous in handling back end of fixing her mistake. But I’m the end, they did give us a half refund on the videos & pictures we had bought. Which in the very least was fair. Overall the excursion experience with them was very good and I would highly recommend it. Just make sure to see all of the pictures before buying it. Definitely a good family or group experience

The excursion was great! Had an amazing time, Carlos was a great tour guide and made the experience one to remember! Definitely recommend you won’t regret it just experiencing the culture!

My small group booked the city tour through Travel Service Punta Cana. It was. A private tour and we had an amazing time. Carlos was an amazing tour guide. He took us to Macao Beach for fun in the sun and horseback riding, went to a cigar factory where we were able to make our own cigars, ate authentic Dominican food at a restaurant, & visited various other locations including a tour of a Dominican house, the market and a church. He also documented our experience and provided a video at the end of the day. We are so glad that we booked this excursion!

The half day safari tour with kayg was a great experience. It was a private tour with judt my husbabd and i so it was really special. We went to Macao Beach, beautiful white sand, waves and horseback riding on the beach. Went to a cigar factory and watched cigars being made. Went to the old Dominican country side a d Carlos took us to a house to showe us how the dominan people live, grind coffee and cocao ( natural chocolate) i actalky brought some natural chocolate to taje home. Fi ally we went to the oldest church in DT DR. beautiful church with ca dle lighting ceremony, let stop was dominant lunch. They have a photographer during the trip to capture memories. Definitely worth it. I got the video and pictures. Very professional safe, highly recommended Regards Robin Houston TX
