We paid $60 for the roundtrip transfer between airport and hotel. Pickups were without issues. Cars were clean but old.
We paid for $75/person for a Santo Domingo tour from Punta Cana run by Diamond Tour with hotel pickup, in Dominican Republic. The tour was supposed to start with hotel pickup at 7AM, and end with hotel dropoff by 7PM. It was supposed to go to various attractions at Santo Domingo, with the biggest attraction (which every tourist goes to Santo Domingo for) being the visit to The 3 Eyes National Park. However, on the day of the event, 3 issues occur that severely negated the value of the tour:
1) Driver did not pick us up at 7AM (making us skip breakfasts for no reason). After waiting for 30 min and negotiating with the coordinator, a driver was dispatched to pick us up at 8AM.
2) The tour did not go to the 3 Eyes National Park!!! I told the Diamond Tour coordinator (named Juan), who told me that the tour would go there at the end of the tour, which was a lie.
3) The tour was not conducted by Diamond Tour. They dropped us off at a gas station to another tour van. The tour guide and the driver barely spoke any English. The tour never advertises that it was for Spanish speakers only, and why would Diamond tour sell tours with English descriptions to English speakers that end up Spanish speaking?
Throughout the tour and afterwards, I asked for partial refund on the tour or a discount for my prepaid car ride to the airport. Juan said the reimbursement has been submitted on 8/24, but when no money came through, I followed through again on 8/28 and then again on 9/2 on WhatsApp, which showed messages read but there were never any response. I suspect he saw the Paypal payment has arrived on his end on 8/25, and we are no longer in Dominican Republic. Thus, he did not need to keep us happy anymore with the claim of a refund or discount coming soon.

Worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. When I arrived at the transportation area I was told to wait a few minutes while the receptionist got her hair braided in front of me. After a few minutes of waiting in the heat I was then told my ride was on the way and would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes pass and a raggedy van pulls up. I requested and paid for a private SUV round trip. I explained that wasn't what I paid for and was forced to wait another 20 minutes for the car to arrive. When I arrived at my hotel I asked the driver for the return transportation information and was told someone would reach out to me the day before my flight. I was contacted by text the day before and asked what time I would like to be picked up. I requested the time I wanted but wasn't pick up on time. I tried calling the number I was reached from multiple times with no answer. The driver arrived 45 minutes late. Luckily I did not miss my flight only because it was delayed. Never again. Consider going with a different company

We booked this transfer last minute. I messaged the company via WhatsApp after booking since it was so close to our pick up time and got an immediate response and confirmation. Sky met us at the airport and gave us tips for our trip. Sterling Samuel was friendly during the ride.

Diamond Tours was amazing. Prompt pick up from the airport and back. The vehicles were clean and well air-conditioned. The drivers were professional and made us feel safe. I will definitely book with them again when I visit DR again!!

Showky from Diamond transportation/tours took very good care of our group. He helped arrange transport to and from the airport as well as arranged some excursions for our group of friends. He definitely made our trip better! I will be referring all my friends traveling to Punta Cana to Showky and Diamond transportation! Our driver Luis was also outstanding! Highly recommended!

This was our first time taking a private taxi to a resort, and it was worth the price!! As soon as we landed we immediately had our ride waiting and it was smooth ride all the way to the resort. The driver was kind and respectful, he also gave us insights of the country and things to do. Definitely will order them next visit!

After our Punta Cana flight was cancelled at the last minute, we were only able to fly into Santa Domingo, a 2 hour drive.
They accommodated our last minute change! Picked us up in Santa Domingo and helped salvage our vacation.

Diamond Transfer is amazing, and our driver Starling Canario is the best! Always on time (actually early), and our representative Christopher met us right after our flight landed and was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions for local activities. Will absolutely use this service the next time we come to Punta Cana!

Once our transportation arrived, the experience was excellent; our driver was friendly and helpful; however, our experience exiting the airport and waiting for our transportation was horrible. Far too many people approaching us trying to make money by directing us to other vendors. I’m a firm believer in the hustle culture, but damn… no, means no!

The best experience! Very responsive and professional service. Jeison and the staff that transfered us to and from the airport and hotels were friendly, helpful and kind. Diamond offers transfers and excursions at very reasonable price! I totally recommend them!!
