Didn't turn up no notification waited over 2hrs, didnt answer phones, emails. Trying to get refund now, they're not answering emails. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! POSSIBLE SCAM THEY TAKE MONEY BUT NO SHOW.

This trip was advertised as being at 2:30 & including transportation. I booked it 3 days ahead. The email confirmation I got the same day I booked it indicated a time change to 2:00 so I assumed that accounted for the pick-up. Three days later (so the morning of & only hours before my excursion), however, I received a message saying my pick-up would now be at 1:00. At that point, I was already out & committed to another activity that would not get me back in time for the now much earlier pick-up. I regrettably had to cancel & asked for my money back since their poor & late communication was the only reason I had to cancel...but they will not reimburse me!

Terrible. Pick up was supposed to be at 7:30am at our hotel. No one showed. Got ahold of someone around 8:30 that said they would be there in an hour. Never showed and stopped responding to messages. Don’t book through them!

I don’t know if we got what was advertised at all. We thought this would be “deep sea fishing”, but in reality it was just 7 of us watching some guy stand there trying to fish. He basically never spoke to us or let us touch the fishing poles. The boat never came to a stop and we basically never got a time of relaxation or talking. The reviews we read were not at all describing what we received. In the end, we had to sign a contract stating something and now I’m sure we will not get our money back for this.

OMG, Gabriel and GY excursiones were excellent. We had about 43 people in our group and the boat ride was off the chain.....Omega and his team were the perfect hosts. From the transport to thesw vibe on the boat....thanks guys

We booked the party boat for a 10am trip from the beginning we never got a confirmation email, we contacted trip advisor and was told everything was set to go. We waited by our gate for 40 minutes on the driver he never showed after texting them countless times and many phone calls we finally got word almost an hour after we where supposed to go that they where no longer going out in the morning. They now will not respond to us about a refund or anything. I would avoid booking this excursion whatever possible. Reference to pictures.

Transportation pick-up was prompt from a nearby shipping center parking lot, just a short walk from our lodging. The drive to the excursion location took less than an hour. All three activities, along with lunch, were in one convenient location. We started with horseback riding. The trail included slight uphill and downhill sections and crossed small streams. There was a brief break for an informative presentation about cacao, which included tasting the fruit, dried seeds, and a shot of a local drink. Next, we experienced zip-lining. There were stairs and varied terrain to navigate. The lines were long, offering beautiful scenery. The guides were friendly and encouraging. Lastly, we drove buggies through diverse terrain, some dry and dusty, others wet and muddy. We made a short stop at a small river, where we could rinse off mud, swim, or simply cool off. Upon returning, we enjoyed box lunches set out on tables for us, consisting of rice, beans, cabbage, fried chicken, and bottled water. The restrooms were clean, and there was a public shower area to rinse off mud. Several water coolers with cups provided refreshing drinks throughout the day. There is an onsite photographer with packages for purchase afterwards. The photos turned out great and were delivered electronically within 15 minutes. Each activity was fun, exciting, and memorable. We would definitely do it again and recommend it to family and friends.

This is an excellent excursion, my 9 and 12 year old boys loved all the activities! Crew did a great job combining fun and safety. Meal provided was also a nice portion and food taste great. Friendly and attentive crew. Gabriel went out of his way to pick up my family from an airbnb to take us to the meeting point. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I liked it a lot. Was a great experience and well organized. We were picked up from our Airbnb at 8am and returned back at 6pm

This has been the best tour experience my family has ever had and we have done numerous tours in different countries. Jorge and Freddy were phenomenal guides. They took there time and we never felt rushed, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of everything that we did. I will definitely come back and book those two guys again without a doubt! Our tour lasted a little bit over eight hours.

We reserve this activity and chose a pickup point but the bus to go to this activity never showed up. We tried to call and to text them but nobody answered. We were thrill to go visit Catalina Island but we didn't got the chance because of that. I suggest that you take another compagny if you want to be sure to get there. Very disapointed.

This tour had both it’s amazing parts but also a few negatives. We started off the day heading out of the port towards a car park outside, the place where the tour guys were waiting looked extremely dodgy, and loading many people onto many buses. Was a little worrying at first, with the added worry, as some of the tour company didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to know what was going on fully. However when we all got ok the bus, it was all okay. Until! They told us it was an extra $20 each in ‘tourist tax’ which we were not informed about when booking. However, I couldn’t be fussed with arguments as the woman collecting the money didn’t speak English. When we got to the lactation where the catamaran was waiting we were all loaded on. This is where it got good! The boat trip was amazing! Two girls dancing and got everybody up dancing also, music going, drinks going around, very good atmosphere! People taking photos also, we stopped as a shallow area for little swim before getting back on and heading too the boat. When we got to the island they tried too make us tip a $5, which they were not happy when we said no. Then we had to get out in the water and walk to the island (so make sure you take a waterproof bag! Once on the island that we’re it got a little down hill! The island was one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen, however it is ruined a little by the locals which would not leave you alone trying too sell your everything! And the tour guides encourage this (I understand that their livelihood depends on tourism but if you say no it shouldn’t be pushed) The food was okay, only rum, coke and water was complimentary, They guy on the boat also tried to sell you the photos they had taken, at one point asking me for $750 for 74 photo I was in. I ask if I could have 1 photo, and they told me minimum 5. They were not happy when we said no. On the way back in the speed boat, they shoved a tip jar around our faced again. And then again on the bus. Overall it was a good day, but I wish it wasn’t so focused on money, and trying too make us tip them

The music was good and tge people were friendly, however the liquor was cheap and seemed to be watered down and the "snacks" consisted of 2 trays of chips and salsa for about 25/30 people. I wouldn't book with them again.

I went on this tour with my daughter a couple weeks ago. While the island was beautiful, there were some serious problems with this tour. First of all, there was no snorkeling! This was a disappointment since it said there was snorkeling. Second of all, there was no bottled water offered to us all day. The only thing offered to drink was Rum and Coke. Third, this tour took all day. Started at 7:40 in the morning and didn't get back to the hotel until 7:30 at night. This should have been made clear. Had I known, I would have packed water and snacks and planned differently. Additionally, the translation to English was not always clear what was going on. There seemed to be multiple delays in transport (which is about an hour and a half drive from Punta Cana to the Marina before even getting on the boat). The boat rides were fun and the water is gorgeous, so we made the best of it. The photographer on the tour was a bit pushy trying to get us to pose and buy photos, which I would have rather done without. Beware what you're getting in for! My son got food poisoning the night before, so he and my husband didn't go and I have requested a refund, but have not received a response. I would recommend finding another company to visit the island!

Gabriel was great tour guide booking experience was fast and easy… I am currently 6months pregnant and he accommodated me and my family!
