Navar and his staff at Ultimate Excursion & Tours provide nothing but excellent service while you are enjoying your time in Jamaica. I own a travel agency and use his company for all of my clients when in Jamaica for the last five years. I use the services for my own personal family travel. The last week we come to celebrate my anniversary and Navar and his staff was at the airport with hugs waiting. When it was time to leave the driver was here on time and go us to the airport safe. I highly recommend this company when traveling to Jamaica.

We recently booked Ultimate Excursions Tours & Taxi Service for a round-trip airport transfer, and the experience was outstanding. On the day we landed in Jamaica, it took us almost two hours to get through immigration, but Navar stayed in constant communication via WhatsApp while patiently waiting for us. He was professional and friendly, which made the journey enjoyable. He also shared several options for tours to nearby vacation spots, though we decided not to pursue them. For the return trip, his driver arrived right on time, and we had a smooth, hassle-free ride back to the airport. Thank you for providing such fantastic service!

My wife booked a private transfer to avoid the delay of the hotel shuttles. This turned out to be a great move. They met us at the airport on time and were very efficient. We arrived at our hotel quickly and safely with a friendly driver and mini tour along the way. Fast and affordable, skip the hotel shuttle and book with these folks. We highly recommend it!

Wow, great service!! Navar picked us up from the airport and the next day he picked us up for a tour in Downtown Montego Bay. We felt safe as he drove us and walked around. Excellent communication from the moment I booked. I actually had 2 phone calls before I left Canada to confirm and go over pick up. Peter was waiting for us after customs with a beautiful van. I would do this every time!!

Marvin was a wonderful, kind driver who provided us with so many helpful tips and ideas to do in the area! He offered to stop at the store for us before we got to the hotel which was sooo generous and thoughtful! The music videos were also sooo awesome!! Would book with them again when we leave!
