    Thank you GS for taking the time to leave a review for us. I do remember getting 3 calls from your hotel (consecutively) and each time I answered, I could hear them clearly but they could not hear me. We eventually connected and told them your scheduled pick up time. I was quite pleased when we eventually were able to connect and was not annoyed at all. I do apologise if it sounded that way. Please also remember if you do use your personal phone to put "1" 876 before our phone number. The vouchers from Trip Advisor do have a pick up time confirmed for departure of the number of hours prior. We unfortunately did not receive your email address to send a reminder when you booked. We are happy however that you found the experience with Junior excellent.
