Terrible service. Never received. Proper confirmation for transfer time, in person service too over an hour to book, was told a pick up time and that confirmation would be sent, it never was, tried to follow up was giving the exact same time as the shared transfer so we tried to inquire again as we would not have booked upgraded transfer if it was the same time. We were sent another email at 11:30 am on the day of our departure to confirm a 6:40 am pick on the same day. By the time we got the confirmation time (that was still different from the one we were told) our plane was already boarding. Tried to get a refund but spoke to 2 agents and a supervisor who said they confirmed I was given a time - the transfer showed up at a whole other time than any of the emails or time discussed in person! A refund was not given for a service that was not provided!! Save your money and take the shared transfer!!

We had a great time on our shop ur your our driver Marlon was superb our lunch at the river was awesome with chef Tony and our service rep Janel was kind and very friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This transfer company is horrible - stay away! When we arrived in Jamaica, they let another traveller staying at a different resort take one of our suitcases without checking the name tag on the luggage. When we ended up at our resort in Runaway Bay, my husband's suitcase was missing. The driver assured us he would go check the other hotels we stopped at and bring the suitcase for us - he disappeared and we never heard from him again. Thankfully because my husband had a name/address/phone number tag on the suitcase, the other resort found out luggage and called us..we had to go pick up the suitcase ourselves via taxi on our own expense - Nexus said they couldn't do anything when I called them. Upon departing our resort, I was told I would get an email stating the pickup time for our return back to Sangster airport. Of course I got an email with the wrong flight number and wrong time. I sent them a what's app message to rectify the mistake and the customer service person was EXTREMELY rude. I tried calling and they told me to call my airline, even though I was looking at the flight info on the airlines app. Finally after some back and forth they changed our return pickup to what it should have been. I would rather pay for a private transfer next time I travel. Horrible customer service!

SCAM! If you book a transfer with them, they will charge you for the transfer in full then send you emails daily to CONFIRM your flight details. Now if you don’t see a representative in person to give them your flight details which you already provided they will cancel your transportation without your knowledge and leave you stranded having to pay additional for a private taxi because you didn’t see them in person for them to sell you excursions. I booked nexus through the royalton Montego Bay BIG SCAM NEVER AGAIN

The Bus Ride to Dunns River was hosted by Debbie and J. R. Who in fact, was absolutely amazing! The bus ride going down was very fun and educational at the same time. Debbie did an amazing job telling us about the landmarks we were passing by and sharing a little History about each place…. J.R. Made sure we arrived safe and sound to our desired destinations, even though on the way back, it got a little crazy with some of the passengers because they were a bit intoxicated and was disrespectful to Debbie, J. R. And other passengers. It was a Full ride going down, so Debbie suggested to the passengers to please sit where you were on the way going to Dunns River, coming back as well… Unfortunately, there were a select few of individuals that didn’t want to respectfully comply, so it was a bit chaotic before we could even get people seated so we could head back to the resorts. Eventually, my Soldier voice kicked in and I was able to get everyone settled enough to sit in a seat…. Please understand that None of the chaotic mess that took place was any fault of Debbie and J.R. …. I’m just guessing the heat, alcohol, and age of the folks causing the chaos, played a major factor……Oh and by the way, I also want to mention that the select few of individuals causing that Chaos stated that they were going to write a Bad Review about the bus ride!!!! Which made absolutely No Sense to me, because they were the Culprits!!!!! “ I will end in saying……. Big up to Debbie and J.R. And Big Up to Cool Runnings!!”

Excellent tour. As a first timer, I felt well prepared and the staff was friendly, fun, and helpful! I would do it again and recommend to everyone. Thank you Andre, Sean, and especially Andre who led our tour!

Our experience with Sandra was awesome. Sandra took the time to explain what to expect on every excursion we went on, she even gave us ideas on what to wear. My husband and I did about 3 excursions and we were not disappointed, all thanks to Sandra

They were horrible and not responsive to calls, emails or text messages. Did not show up to pick up 6 of our friends even though the transfers were prepaid.

Our experience with Sandra was amazing! Her vibe and personality was so fun and accommodating while she helped us book our trip. She was extremely helpful and patient while we sorted out an issue we had with our bank. My husband booked the half day trip to Dunns River at Riu Montego Bay. We had an amazing time and highly recommend that you book with Sandra!

The only reason I am giving the review more than 1 star is because of their star employee Leo. On Wednesday, July 10th, my family of 10 arrived at Montego Bay Airport ready to be transferred. Out transportation was courtesy of the Riu as they work with Nexus. Because of the hurricane, the airport being closed and availability for our large party on the flight, we had to delay our trip. We made the changes with the Riu, they confirmed our new pick up and departure dates and I received the update. When we got to the airport, a woman who I believe her name was Malvereen came out to assist. She repeatedly said Riu needs to stop doing this because there was nothing in her system. She had our pick up for our departure but not from the airport. I showed her the emails, she shared with who she stated were managers and they were all completely unwilling to assist. Although they all clearly saw all reservations, they refused to provide service. We stood outside for TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Malvareen called over 2 other taxi drivers and told us we could go with them, pay $25 a person and we could request a refund from the Riu. From what we observed, the 3 of them were clearly working together. Not once did Malvareen offer us Nexxus’ service although upon preparing to write this review, I see that was a service. After 2 and a half hours there was clear frustration and Malvareen went inside and refused to come back out. The taxi drivers began taking our things although we did not agree to but because of Malvareens direction, they felt comfortable doing that. One of our guest went inside to look for Malvareen and was told she went to lunch. Completely leaving us stranded. Thankfully, Leo came out and once I showed him our reservations, he immediately worked things out on a few calls and got us in a vehicle. Within 20 minutes, we were in the bus area. It is so disappointing how we were treated and felt taken advantage of because we are a big group but we are extremely grateful for true and honest employees like Leo. We took a picture to share our thanks but unfortunately the picture won’t load. Although Leo was amazing, the service we received prior with Malvareen and whatever scheme was going on has completely turned us away from this company.

Keisha the excursion advisor was superb. She was super helpful. The 2 excursions (ATV and River Rafting), we did were excellent. Even when our flight was cancelled she stepped up to help. Highly recommended.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I paid online and was asked to pay again at the airport and on the way back. They scammed me and pocketed the cash. It is better to book with another company.

We stayed at a hotel that was close to the airport. We had to wait longer than expected and it wasn't communicated to us when our transportation would arrive. Upon leaving the transfer was also late but got us to the airport on time; probably because we were so close. Scheduling the transfers was the easiest part of the whole transaction.
