Our driver, JD, was excellent. He stopped for souvenir shopping, and local food (Scotchies) which was very good & reasonably priced. We were able to stay longer than expected at Rockland Bird Sanctuary where we hand fed hummingbirds & other endemic birds. Great day!

Marley was our driver a big shout out to him. What a great guy! At the blue hole Dave was our guide and never ever left our side! I move a little slower and he was there to help me every step of the way. my teenagers were thrilled and said it was the best day trip of the entire vacation! I highly recommend this!

This was our 2nd time here after going to the riu palace 3 years ago. I found the reggae much better and much cheaper than the palace. We're seniors but the palace is quiet foods the same rooms the same. Not worth it for the money. Stay at the riu reggae you won't regret it and look at your savings. Montego bay loud more young ones. Would not recommend for older people. This was our 50th wedding anniversary trip so we stayed an extra week for 3 weeks could of stayed longer. Food awesome hot not Luke warm like other resorts. Variety for amazing always had a special meat for supper turkey ham roast beef duck etc. Steak house ribs awesome steak chewy. Italian salmon chicken with linguine awesome. Didn't try bamboo no reservations required or the kullinarium alacarte. Front bar they had from 11am to 7pm had nachos hot dogs popcorn hamburgs and sandwiches were amazing. . Think they used a tin of tuna per sandwich turkey cheese ham and cheese. We loved them all. Met lot of nice people from all over. They had games bocci ball stupid not real balls cornhole ladder golf ring toss horse shoes lots of other games too. Many people got involved. Gym spa beautiful. Never used it. Entertainment at night very good. Jerk hut on beach was great. This time though we went to lunch buffett they had jerk chicken everyday and night. We're not ones for eating on your beach chair. All the staff were great special thanks to the dinner servers Shashane💗,shanae💗 Otis👍 and Davida. 🩷. The only miserable one was the plump towel girl. I guess she doent like her job one miserable thing. We found tours expensive especially with our lousy Canadian dollar. You pay in American dollars. Did not do any as we have done them all over the years. Another downfall is they picked us up to come home to Toronto at 7:55 am. We had too stand online at sangster airport for 20 minutes as the sunwing crew dont come on till 3hrs before your flight. Once they came on our sunwing report was very polite and they got you through quickly. Next time I will stay at reggae and take a cab over later. No idea why they have to pick u up so early. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. You can get big jugs of water coffee and they have lots of American ones for tipping. They only fill mini bar ever 2 days so I was constantly going for water and coffee. Please people tip generous . The staff work very hard to. Are your vacation special.it annoys me so much to see a table of 6 or 8 people and their too cheap too leave a few bucks. Disgraceful. We will return next year for sure love Jamaica ❤️ the Jamaican people their culture and so pleasant. A day never goes by without the animation team walking by stopping to talk to you. Special thanks to them also. You cannot use floaters in the pool in the carribbean sea only. Water wasn't clear muddy at bottom had to watch your footings. Warm though. I'll end this review with do not believe all the reviews you cannot please everyone and they some would cry about everything even if the place was made out of gold. They welcomed us in a friendly manner and passionately described their culture and way of life. They receive no help from the government, they depend on tourism and donations to survive. The transport was comfortable, with air conditioning, the driver was very good and very friendly all the time, as is to be expected in Jamaica (one love). They served us a small vegetarian dish, very tasty and well presented, I think it is a highly recommended experience.

DJ was polite, smart and fun. His knowledge of the island was impressive. We had a great time and felt safe. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous about booking outside of our ship sponsored excursions but our tour with Jamaica Terrific Travel Tours was perfect. Doctor's Cave Beach is beautiful, with great snorkeling, and we weren't constantly barraged by vendors trying to sell us stuff. I had read other reviews saying our driver, Bailey, was great and he did not disappoint! He pointed out the best resorts and gave us historical info on the sites along the way. He got us into the beach club and was there on the dot for our arranged pick up, getting us back to port in plenty of time.

Just returned from a week at the RUI Reggae and had a great time. The staff is great always smiling and asking if your having a good time or if they can help. Rooms are clean and well kept, maid service is daily. Food at the buffet is very good with many options. The themed restaurants, at least the Italian and steak house we tried, were disappointing never tried the others. Grounds were clean and well kept. Pool and beach areas again were clean and well kept as well as the bars where staff did they're best to keep you in drinks. Only bad thing, you had to fly Sunwing.....never again.....

Cj and Romaine (like the lettuce 😂) were great, funny, and exciting in this zip lining experience, next we have water rafting and then horseback riding. So far excellent experience for our family vacation in Jamaica. 🇯🇲 ya man

This was advertised as a private tour at double the price of other companies. I was picked up by a taxi driver and dropped off at the group tour, same as everyone else. When I went back to review the listing they had changed it to avoid having to issue a refund. This company is scamming people out of their money. Buyer be warned.

The rooms are great, my safe was shut when I first got the room, took 24 hours for them to open it…after that great time. Food 24 seven, easy to get into town and back with cabs from the hotel. Much love the staff was the greatest.

Outstanding hotel , third time using it , staff friendly & understand customer service , it’s more expensive than others but well worth the difference for me. Rooms excellent , cleanliness. Very good . Large choice of food to suit all . Branded alcohol available .. Enjoy staying in the Rui

Really enjoyed the horseback riding. We own horses back home, but riding in the ocean was incredibly fun! Michael, Anthony, and the rest of the guides were fun and knowledgeable. Safe for both experienced riders and first timers . Lenny and Smiley ran the zipline and they were also fun and professional. You zip across the falls 3 times. Finished the excursion with a hike from the ocean up the Dunns River Falls. D. Henry was our guide. He did a great job leading us up a safe route. It was hot so the water was refreshing. Scenery was beautiful. Falls are a lot more impressive in person than in the photos. All the guides were fantastic. Took photos for us, very friendly, and fun. My only disappointments were... the lunch at Margaritaville was the worst food of our entire 6 day stay and there was no drink included. A bottle of water was $8 (US). At the horseback riding base camp, a small locker was $10.

We did the zipline/horseback ride & swim combo and it was our first time ever on a zip line and on horseback, our guide for the zip lines were amazing and very knowledgeable we felt safe in the gear and with their guidance. Our horses were named "ramadan" and "benjamin" the horses seemed overworked and a bit tired which should be addressed, other than that we had a great experience and are planning to return sometime in the near future.
