Our flight got in a little late and we ended up waiting over an hour for our first transfer from the airport to the hotel. It sort of felt like we were shuffled around for a while and when we started talking with another provider our ride appeared. Andy, our driver, was so fabulous and kind. He also brought us back on time and with great local insights to share.

5 star all inclusive with butler service. I had a room with a magnificent ocean view and it was nicely appointed and had plush towels and robes. Toothpaste and toothbrush are provided free of charge if needed. Sun tan lotion is also gratis. The buffet and the themed restaurants were excellent and Jamaican food was readily available. The staff were friendly and the grounds were immaculate. There were plenty of day activities and the nightly entertainment was good. There is even a disco for after hours partying. I am planning on going back in 2025.

We needed a party of 6 transfer to Grand Palladium. The airport is chaotic, but with good communication they were able to pick us up and drop. Departure was also smooth, although it took a little while on Whatsapp to get our driver's arrival time. I would use them again.

Just awful. No email to confirm. No one was there to pick us up! $200 non refundable dollars later. I am shocked and saddened to be robbed before even enjoying Jamaica.

Confusing arrival situation, our name was on a sign, but there was no representative there to meet us, we finally found someone to help us (she was nice) but then waited a very long time for our driver. The van was very nice and clean and the drive to the resort was short, but within a few hours I had a fraudulent charge of almost $5500 on the credit card I used for this booking and had not used for anything else!! Someone involved obviously jacked my information - definitely recommend you book with someone else!

Our driver Tigana L. was very professional and friendly. He arrived at Sandals South Coast on time. Along the way to the airport he made sure we were comfortable and gave us some history of the area. The ride to the airport for those who have traveled it knows that there are many potholes and areas where the road is somewhat washed away. Tigana made the ride as smooth as possible. We were pleased with the service.

The pickup was okay since the driver was nice, although the radio didn’t work in the car. Driver was an hour and fifteen minutes late to pick us up on the way back.. we almost missed our flight.

We booked with this company to take us form Montego Bay Airport to Ocho Rios Sandals Resort. After arriving at the airport and making it throught custom we ARE NOt greeted by but the hostest at (how other travelers are with other companies) but my name is scribbled on a small peice of printer paper over in the corner. After asking the young lady if Im at the right place she lets me know that the driver wil be ther in 15-20 minutes. AN HOUR AND 30 minutes later we book with someone eles! I tried to talk the the host several times about where our driver was and the few time when she would give me her attention the answer was always 10 more minutes. Having booked another driver for the trip I informed the host I would like a refund and was told I would ahve to call the office for that. Well its been 20+ days since I call the office and every time Im told that the supervisor will call me back but never does. So basically I paid them 140$ dollars to sit around the hot airport outside for 2 hours! Just wait and book a driver when you get there.

Our vacation could not have been better. The staff was very caring and friendly and made an extra effort to make us comfortable. All our needs were met promptly. The concierge, ambassador, and butler were all welcoming. We felt spoiled for the five days. The food was exceptionally delicious and finger-licking. We looked forward to the nightly entertainment that made me dance my feet off. Tropical drinks like pina colada and strawberry daiquiri were authentic. Our private area at the beach was relaxing with our beach beds well made and not to mention all the tasty treats and drinks that were served while relaxing. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

JGAT (JAMAICA GET AWAY TRAVEL) - is the only way to complete your travel package by having a company and an excellent driver who has knowledge of the area, professional, clean, and cares about safety all in one. Our driver was Rodger, and the company hired a good one. He picked us up from MBJ and took us to our hotel, but then we decided we wanted to immerse ourselves within the island and booked him for the week. JGAT accommodated our request and the island was ours. Shanare, company representative, was also very very accommodating. The communication between her and my requests were 100% on point. Whatever additional time or days we needed to extract from our driver..they added..with no issues. Also, the cost was reasonable. This company will be my go to whenever we travel to Jamaica.

The team was flawless from the communication at the airport which was very busy to us being picked up at the airport. The experience was great the driver was pleasant and friendly we hope to have the same driver when we depart our resort. We would use the service again.

We are currently staying at the resort. Everything so far is amazing. Just eaten at the mexican restaurant, our waiter, Kanye has been the best. Lovely friendly and helpful. First class! As are all the lovely staff here.

Our expectations were set pretty high based on reviews and word of mouth but there was not disappointment. I would say the staff was nice, informative, and helpful by ensure you have a great time. Clean, families friendly, and staff is truly amazing. Food was great 👍🏽

We spend a week at Grand Palladium Mntego Bay, at Lady Hamilton side, such a beatutiful place, with a charming beach over watching the sunset....The staff its so warm, so nice, so helpful, everything was so great

The transfer was supposed to be from Montego Bay cruise terminal to Doctor's Cave beach, but I didn't see it listed. We were in contact with the company when we were about to get off the ship on WhatsApp and told them we may be slightly late getting off the ship because they were running a little behind. We got a response saying they received this message. A few minutes later we message them again and told them we were getting off the ship only 5 min late. We messaged them again repeatedly for 45 min while waiting for their shuttle, and also contacted three different workers at the parking area, one had a cell phone that we could use to call them directly, another radioed to security who tried to contact them, a third helped us look around the parking area (which wasn't all that large). None of the workers were able to spot this company vehicle during that 45 min period. This was cutting into our day at the beach so we ended up taking another shuttle, and we contacted them to tell them we were no longer waiting for them. Some time later, we got a response saying that the driver was supposedly there. If that was true, he didn't do a good enough job of making himself conspicuous to us (like they are SUPPOSED to), or to ANYONE else who worked at the port so he could be found. They REFUSED to offer a refund, claiming the driver had to pay to get into the area, which isn't our problem if he showed up 45 min late and didn't make himself conspicuous enough to be found. Now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge for a service that was never delivered. I picked this company because of all the good reviews I see here. I don't know if this was an anomaly due to one bad driver, or the reviews here are fake, but even if it was just a case of one bad driver, the company should have given us a refund, so that's poor customer service on their part. I told them that they can either refund our money, and our review would say that there was just a miscommunication and they refunded our money, or we will do the credit card dispute and write a bad review. They made a bad choice. Beware of dealing with this company!
