Too many stops on the way to the Moon Palace. The hotel should have its own shuttle service to mitigate all the constant stopping at other hotels.

Noel was a great guide and very helpful. Photos weren’t fantastic and the video was more of an advertisement so not really worth the $40 price tag. Bring your own waterproof camera.

Great trip great time everything was very good highly recommended except they don’t tell you that the bus ride back because of Traffic was well over three hours to get home the grill back of Montego Bay

Perhaps good if you like loud music and party. Less good if you want to snorkel. The agency should explain better what the tour involves.

Fun day with family. Watched the sun go down while dolphins chased the boat it was magical. Was very pleased with the entire day. Only downside the drive from Montego bay was a bit long.

Would not recommend. Also I need to make a complaint because our trip to the hotel took longer than two hours. First of all it took more than 25min to leave the airport and second of all half way thru out trip they switched us (not very professional) to a new van with more people therefore making more stops and taking longer for us to get to our destination We ended up arriving around 6pm. With us being the last people on the first van I think they were trying to save money/gas which I understand but we were very flexible how can you not be flexible with us?? They were supposed to pick us up at 9:30am for our return trip to the airport since we were 5min late they left us with our small children no text no call. Also we had to pay another transportation company which was very professional by the way. Amstar.

It was easy to find our rep right after we landed and she walked us straight through passport control and beyond. Our complaint about their service was the rep’s claim that she received no salary for her work, saying the only pay she received was through cash tips. The cost of the service is $50 pp but she got none of it?? This made us feel extremely pressured and skeptical. We weren’t convinced that she was telling the truth. I hope MoBay will respond to this review and the bad taste we were left with after feeling completely ripped off.

We arrived around 7:30 PM, I had arranged this transportation months in advance. A couple of weeks before our trip the arrival time was changed for our flight, I contacted them to update, and they confirmed that the received the update. We were told that when we arrive, to go to the Destination Services desk and a rep will assist us. When we arrived there wasn't anyone at the desk. Another gentleman assisted us, and when he contacted the rep he informed us that he had gone home for the day. The guy that went home claims he didn't know we were coming. We ended up having to get a taxi to the hotel at an additional expense, and was advised to contact the rep to arrange our trip home. We found a Destination Services Rep at our hotel, and when we asked why no one was at the airport to meet us, all she could say was his shift was done for the day. So I guess if your flights are coming in after the shift, you should arrange different transportation!!!! When she looked up our group (4 people) for our return trip, she only had 2 of us and not the other 2 people in our party, even though everything was all booked together for 4 people. She was quite rude and not apologetic for leaving us at the airport, no explanation, nothing!! She said that we would let Head Office know about the mix up, not sure if this ever happened as we never heard anything back from Head Office. I would suggest using a different service.

Absolutely the best time I had here so far, great company and great vibes! I would definately recommend to solo and group travellers. You'd make treat connections along the way!

This excursion was amazing and Washington (the tour guide) was such a sweetheart in making sure everyone was accommodated and taken care of. If I had to say anything it would be, to make sure to be mentally prepared for a tour of Jamaica, because depending on where your hotel/resort is located, the travel time to Negril may vary. We stayed at RIU Montego Bay which was 1 of the first pick ups and last drop offs, which took about 2hours back and forth. Also we only got 1 hour at Rick’s Cafe so by the time we ordered food it was already time to go. I wish we had more time to enjoy our food, not rushed and time to actually enjoy the cliff jumps. Other than that my family and I had an amazing, GREAT time. Rexx the cruise director of the catamaran was also such a blast of entertainment. Yah mon

I can't remember her name, but the young lady who "helped" me was absolutely no help AT ALL!!! First of all, there was no line to bypass & no need for her to drag me through the airport like we were on fire!! I had heavy luggage & OBVIOUSLY struggled to keep up. She didn't care & kept speed walking. Secondly, despite paying for the service & entering all applicable flight/hotel info WEEKS IN ADVANCE, she didn't have it, attempted to convince me my transpo wasn't included, then pressured me to furnish info previously provided, to prove my purchase. She mentioned a "tip" multiple times, reminding me that tips are accepted, while failing to do anything tip worthy. I eventually had to arrange for my own ride after her colleague corrected my reservation. At an excursion the next day, I met total strangers that mentioned the same lady with a bun on top of her head, a nasty attitude & obsession with a T-I-P!!

Here’s a review you could use for Daniela and Oliver: Our tour with Daniela and Oliver in Montego Bay was wah gwaan! From the moment they picked us up at our resort, they made us feel right at home. Daniela not only taught us some Jamaican phrases like “irie,” but also helped us with some Spanish translations, which was super helpful. We had an amazing time visiting Rick’s Café and Margaritaville, where we watched a magician perform some cool tricks! The vibes on the catamaran were tun up, and Daniela even let us DJ on her phone for the ride back—talk about making the experience extra special! Even when I had a little too much fun (I got a bit tipsy), Daniela was so kind and patient, walking me all the way back to my hotel. Big ups to her for going above and beyond! Daniela and Oliver truly made this trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a tour in Jamaica that’s full of good vibes, laughter, and a bit of learning, these two are the ones to go with. This was an incredible excursion! Most importantly, our driver, Garfield, was exceptional—super friendly and shared so much great information as we made our way to the excursion. If you're looking for a well-rounded and exciting experience, this is the one. It has everything: beach time, delicious Jamaican food, drinks, snorkeling, cliff jumping, dancing, catamaran cruising, shopping, sightseeing, and learning about the island—all with amazing people. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly wanted us to have a great time. I would highly recommend this and would definitely do it again!

It is so worth the money to spend on a private taxi the bus ride is horrible way to many people and they pack you on the bus we were told there was room for all 4 of us and there were only 2 little seats upfront left and they try to tell you that you can fit they are crazy that's why on the way back to airport we did private transfers so worth the 120 we spent instead of sitting on a dirty bus and being on top of everyone too many germs and people don't care about covid anymore and they should it is very bad again
