The transportation we had from the airport to our resort was great! Our driver pointed out didn’t places along the way and educated us on them.

We were picked up at the airport at our scheduled time on Tuesday afternoon 12/10 & at the hotel on Saturday morning 12/14. The directions to find the company dispatcher at the airport were spot on and the driver was there within minutes. The company was easy to communicate with via email before we arrived in Jamaica and with our pick-up time confirmation before we left the hotel. The drivers were both friendly. We would 100% use them again if we visit Jamaica in the future.

Island Dream Transport and Tour is absolutely amazing!!!! Our driver was so kind and patience with us and all of our extra stuff!! Along the way he pointed out different things and cities we went through to get to Negril. On the way back he was on time and waited for me to get some last minute items. 10 out of 10 recommend. Our driver was very nice and gave us some Jamaican history on our way as well as walked us to the front of Dunn’s River. He was super willing to accommodate us to stop and get souvenirs or a bite to eat. He got us to and from the location swiftly and safely.

This company is very good, they wait for us for over 2hrs because our immigration entry was lengthy. Car was great although its only short ride from the airport but i would pick them for the long ride as well. We travel with kids and we felt very safe with them.

Amazing sevuxe from start to finish. Courteous, friendly and right on time. The owner caught the mix-up since the hotel was new and the wrong code was put in, and immediately reached out to me with the correct code to give to trip advisor customer care. I will definitely be using them again

When I spoke with the island dream agent at the transportation location (Airport) I was told my name wasn’t on the list. I showed her my reservation and barcode and was told to stand to the side so she could confirm. I waited for about 10min until I asked for an update in which I noticed that she never called to confirm my appointment. Instead she showed me her Paper Notebook that had a list of names copied from a screenshot in her phone. When I pressed the issue again she reached out to confirm my appointment. She had looked over my reservation and never added my confirmation to her handwritten notes. She eventually got us a driver. I booked 10 transfers for that day since my family was flying in at different times and different airlines. It was 21 of us altogether. Some of their reservations were mixed up as well. You get what you pay for. I do believe that with a better verification process this company can thrive. But unfortunately I was not happy with the service. When you arrive to your destination the last thing you want to worry about is transportation.

Great on time service pick up and drop off. The took me to my hotel from the airport the van they came in was nice and clean. I would use island dream tour's and transport again.

We had the best time and BEST driver! He made the whole experience not only safe but memorable. We used the company for both transfers from the hotel and airport. Also, we booked our excursions. Our driver Kenroy was FANTASTIC! 10/10 will return and use this company.
